I actually had a great in-store experience and had really high hopes because of the great selection. I showed Robert--who was charming and welcoming--a mechanical AP watch I was interested in online from another seller. He assured me that he could find me the same for about $8500 and that he would look for me at a watch show Vegas show that week. When I followed up a week later, Robert said he hadn’t tracked it down yet. When I followed up today, another week after that, he did a complete 180 and said AP only makes quartz watches that size (???), but that if he could find it, it would be $10600, and that he was going to a watch show in Geneva soon and could look then. Kinda feels like waste of time dealer, no pun intended. Probably best if you can just close a deal in person on the same day, because the long-term customer service doesn’t seem to exist.

Great, professional and fast work. They were able to fix an old watch that was missing a crystal and had a broken movement. Very fair price as well.

⭐️AMAZING⭐️, five stars are nor enough to explain this seller, been in other shops in Seybold but the only one i could feel comfortable and safe to buy my GMT was Swiss Time Buyers. Price-wise there are no competitors, he bid the others price incredibly down. Robert is so professional and funny. I’ll definitely buy more from you. Regards

Robert was very misleading. I showed him the watch I was interested in from another dealer and he said their price was to high "he could get it for $23K". However, the next day when I brought it up to him he said that the price was $26K and that "I was confused". Yes, I did not need to know how much he can buy it for when he told me the price. I needed to know how much I can purchase it for. What he said was misleading and he waisted my time.

weird vibe . walked in told me to come back in 15 minutes because owner was the only one that can give prices . so i came back twice and nothing . finally the guy made a call and gave me a great price on a skydweller . went to have lunch and came back to leave deposit 20 minutes later and it was sold . didnt try to sell me anything else . just not get service . they did have a big selection tho . just a little shady tho .
