I have used the service here before but this was the first major overhaul to my Hamilton X-Copter. The process starts with a representative gathering your information and exactly what it is you are looking to have serviced. A copy of the form is provided and an email is sent with the login information to the repair portal. Here it provides a dated outline of what stage the watch is in. At first it looked like it would be a 3 month process but surprisingly it was finalized in 2. If your dealing with a quality watch then these services take time and are pricey. This is expected with maintaining quality timepieces. Yes, some may say that for the service price you can get a new watch but the value and personal significance of your timepiece is for you to determine.The personnel was on point both for the drop off and pick up. The watch and removed parts are handed over in a nice case with the parts in plastics baggies.Overall I’m more than please with the attention provided and would recommend. Thank you for everyone involved in the process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This review is for a Hamiltion Khaki I sent in for the complete maintenance. I'm overall happy with service provided. Communication was through text and email. They even provided a new Hamiltion box along the old parts in a baggy.

Gone to center in Miami a few times now. Always had a pleasant experience with employees and service concerning my watch. The blue lagoon area may be a bit of drive but it's worth it.

This people has not respect to their customer.They indicate they closed at 4:30pmI made already two trips and arrive before 4pm and they were closed.That is misrepresentation. Change your signs, if are not open till 4:30pm.Location=5301 Blue Lagoons drive #610

I was a bit disappointed in having to send in my first Tissot for service after a few days of having it, but I get it. Stuff happens. Jasmine, and the rest of the team, made the whole process painless and the turnaround time was great! I'm ecstatic to have my watch back in time for the holidays!!

I'm very disappointed with Tissot's Customer Service. Very poor and lack of communication. They don't seem to be excited to help you out with an inquiry about a watch.

A watch that is 2 years old does not work they should not sell that.
