I was just there today to buy my girl’s bday present. I had a specific item I wanted and they only had it at this store. I called as soon as they opened and both Zasha & Yami were extremely helpful. They helped me find what I wanted, separated it for me, and assisted me in everything. They were exceptional! I recommend this store to anyone.

The customer service was absolutely AMAZING. I needed pen refills which were not old online. Zasha found what i needed and shipped them to me ASAP. And they included a free gift which my husband loved. This will absolutely be my go to store for anything Swarovski !! HUGE THANKS !!!!

OMG, I walked into Swarovski and instantly transformed into a human magpie! The bling overload almost made me forget my own name. Staff was super friendly, but I swear I saw them drooling over the crystals too. Warning: may cause spontaneous disco dance parties. 5 stars!
