DO NOT! rent with this company if you don’t have to . Rented with them in November and the horn and other features weren’t functional in the car (Even though they said the car was in good condition ). And they rented me a car directly after someone was smoking cigarettes in it . Lastly whilst we were returning the car , the man that sold us the rental STOLE my camera . This was really upsetting as i had this camera for years .If your going to rent with then make sure you remove all of your belongings before they drive you back to the airport in that same vehicle … some have sticky fingers .

Beware of this company. worst customer service. made reservations weeks ahead for a rental. disembarked cruise ready to jump on our car , only to be told they cancelled the reservation the day before. they were sold out and had no vehicles. no email, text, or call. basically left us stranded and caused us to spend 6hours at airport. will never rent from these guys again.

Very satisfied with the experience at Supreme Rent A Car in Miami. During our recent trip, we conducted the rental process via WhatsApp, which made it extremely streamlined and convenient. Even though we did not have physical contact with the staff, they were always attentive and available to answer our questions. The vehicle we rented came equipped with GPS and SunPass, as we had contracted, and there were no surprises with hidden charges. We appreciate the flexibility of being able to reserve the car with an advance and pay the rest when you pick it up. The car was clean with a full tank, and we returned it in the same condition. We had no mechanical problems at all. Pickup and drop-off at the airport parking lot were quick and hassle-free, giving us the freedom to adjust our pick-up and drop-off times. We recommend Supreme Rent A Car for a reliable and efficient car rental service in Miami.

Supreme rent a car went above and beyond for us. They dropped off our car to us directly at the cruise port at my request so that we didn’t have to shuttle or have any extra travel time with our 2 year old. They provided a nice graco car seat for said 2 year old. Then on top of all that they met us at Fort Lauderdale airport so that we could drop it off before our flight and not have to shuttle from their Miami office. It was also the cheapest compared to all the big brand companies that all have lots at the airports. 10/10 service and I would recommend to anyone looking for a rental for the day to contact supreme rent a car. Thank you again for the smooth process and excellent customer service.
