Bad experience, the place was empty when we arrived and they took care of us first but the problem was when they cut my son's hair we asked him not to cut it so much and they cut off one of his hands and what happened next was that when they cut his bangs he I cut it too much and it was wet, which meant that when he saw it he thought it was short but good and he didn't see his hair from behind but when we got home and he looked in the mirror in his room he got sad because he almost didn't see it. I noticed his bangs and hair. For my son, it is a big part of his self-esteem and seeing him like that, his hair was very sad.
in conclusion :
1.they did not make the requested cut
2.they don't know how to cut bangs
3. I'm not sure of the name of the person who attended us but I think her name is Marta. She doesn't know how to cut hair.
I will definitely NEVER return to that place.

I have been going to this Super Cuts location for the past 10 years. In the past I have experienced the good and the not so good. However, for the past year Martha has been my stylist. Martha is amazing, nice, simpatica and cuts my hair perfect. I know because my wife approves of Martha’s skills. My wife’s approval is what I live for!! Thank you Martha!!

Arrived at 6:10pm eventhough they close at 7pm and says open. A short-hair blonde lady told me they were closed, that she didnt have time and would have to leave after she was done with the client she was taken care of on 07/25

Outstanding. Very professional and customer service driven. Greets everyone coming in
Had to wait a little bit( i didn't make an appt). But was worth the wait. The stylist was excellent. She gave me first class treatment. I had a physical issue and she was able to navigate right through it. I am sorry that i forgot her name. ( tall with long dark hair) The price is very fair.

My mom got a haircut here from Marcella and she liked it. I removed 2 stars for customer service and attitude from another employee, Lolita. My mom had an appointment with her and instead of taking my mom, she took another man in front of her. When my mom asked why, since she had an appointment, Lolita told her “he came before and came back.” Very rude and professional.
