This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
We arrived one hour early for our appointment but were attended to almost right away. Very friendly and professional service and all our requests were dealt with to our satisfaction.

One of the worst banks to have? Offers no benefits to be a customer you don’t get paid early, overdraft fees , the branches have a long wait always ! I highly recommend chime with 24 hour support , paid 2 days earlier and no overdraft fee’s!!

Worst bank in Miami, poor attention, too long of a wait, and the drive through has wait times of over 30 minutes.
