Arrived on time, truck was clean, the polite driver got our car loaded onto the flatbed quickly and delivered us safely home. Being stranded on highway 826 with a blown out tire for 60 min any time of day is nerve wrecking, even for a Sunday. Although we grately appreciate the rescue, we don’t understand why our car was driven off the flatbed and into drive on a blown out tire and rim that could add damage, instead of dropping the car directly in the drive. (Plenty of room)
