Delighted with this place, I have been visiting this condominium for a few years since I have family here, and without thinking twice it was the place that with the best conditions, attention and quality, I loved it to live with my children and my husband, I recommend it 101% Belen and Galia are excellent people, a unique service. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding experience I had at your association. A few days ago, I visited while searching for an apartment rental, and I was warmly assisted by a wonderful lady named Belen. She provided me with thorough information and a delightful tour of the beautifully maintained property.
The cleanliness and overall environment are truly exceptional, making it a wonderful place to raise a family. I have explored many rental options, but the level of service I received from Belen and the team was unparalleled.
I just wanted to highlight the fantastic work your staff does. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere!

I would like to talk about the staff of Sunset Gardens. The last week, I was in office and reported a problem in the bathroom. I was assisting for Belen and Galia, they were very helpful and immediately responded. Few minutes later, the boys came to fixed the problem. Thanks for your help and soon response.

Moved in a couple months ago and was happy during the sales and leasing processes, and still quite impressed with SUNSET GARDENS. Belen and Galia in the leasing office are top notch, kind, considerate and OVERLY accommodating. For such a small leasing staff to resident ratio, they manage to answer emails, pick up the phone, and always welcome everyone that walks into the office with a smile. It is not uncommon for Belen to call me AFTER HOURS to respond to a message she couldn't get to during the day! I have not had an issue with anyone taking my assigned parking, and while guest parking is a bit slim, I have NEVER not found an open guest parking when my visiting son comes home (and he comes home at all hours of the night). Maintenance turnaround is typically 24 hours, fumigation is offered every other week if needed.
The apartment is cozy, and the split plan is like having two master bedrooms! The balcony is large, and the open plan makes the place look larger and spacious.
Overall, I am quite pleased with the location, leasing office and the apartment and would absolutely recommend it!

Just moved in! The community is amazing… the pool and amenities are great! The move in process was extremely easy. The staff is so nice and easy to work with. Galia the manager is the best in the business! She was helpful easy to communicate with and a pleasure over all! I am so happy I moved here. I want to stay here for years!!! Highly recommended ?

We've been renting here since 2013 and we are very happy here. Great service by the staff. Maintenance is fast and they keep the place beautiful. The apartment layouts are great. The pool area is kept up very nice. There's plenty of parking. Pets are allowed which is a plus. The rent is kept in relation to the housing market values in the area and its worth what they charge considering how well its kept up. I'd compare this place to a Disney resort or time share. We plan on staying here for the long haul if it remains the same, quality wise.
