In order to leave a review, I had to choose a star rating, which I honestly didn’t want to do.
Next in line was my self and the employee helping was an older lady with short red hair. She charged me $25 extra for a fast title, and I didn’t even notice until I got home. I thought something was strange about getting a title issued so quickly, but I figured it was probably a new thing. However, upon reviewing my receipt, I saw that I had been charged extra and that I had never been given the option to choose a different service.
To top it all off, the lady’s behavior was rude and dismissive. She seemed to be in a hurry to get me out of there and was bothered by any questions I asked her.
I will never be going back to this place. It’s clear that the staff has changed since I last visited, and I’m glad to see that

My go to tag agency, always have a quick and efficient visit. Recently registered a tag and had an issue 3 months later. I reached out via email and Travis Cole helped fixed the situation and made things right. Will continue to do business with them!

Made it really easy to register my car. There is an easy to access parking lot and I came in as soon as they opened and there was no line. If you plan to pay with cash, there is no fee, if you pay with check there is a 1.5% fee, and if you pay with credit or debit there’s a 4% fee.

I have been a customer of Jessica since she she was working JAV in Cutler Bay. She always went far and beyond to help me and always made me feel good when I walked out that door. When I found out that she left Jav and started to work in Suniland I started driving further North and brought all my business to her new location. I will never do any business at any tag agency that she is not a part of, no matter how far I have to drive. Recently I had a employee of mine Diego that needed help with a title transfer and asked me where to go, so I instantly said follow me and took him to see Jessica in Suniland. She went far and beyond for him with his Title transfer and treated him like family. "Jessica has another customer for life" as he put it. Thanks again Jessica.

I am all for writing reviews when they are deserved and this is one of those instances. I went through a very long and stressful process with a mistake on my title when out of state. After getting confusing directions from multiple tag agencies I was able to find help at Suniland tag agency. Jessica was amazing and was able to help me with my problem. She was so kind and helpful and I highly recommend her!

This place has always been convenient because the lines are always short. However, some of the staff aren't helpful. There is one lady (who seems to be the manager or owner,) and she is extremely helpful. I would not of been able to get my registration renewed without her. She sits on the end. Thank you. The others were trying to send me some where else to pay money and wouldn't even hear me out.

The worst service, I arrived today, Saturday, at 1:40 p.m. and the Cuban woman in the first seat told me there are no numbers, there is no service anymore...when they close at 2 in the afternoon and I arrived 20 minutes early. This attitude is unacceptable, many like me ask for permission at work to go resolve something important like the tag, we all have occupations and priorities. And the priority of the staff in this office is to serve the people who arrive until 2 in the afternoon because thanks to those of us who go, you have a salary because we pay taxes and paperwork. In short, this agency has terrible attention. I don't recommend it. I had even chatted with someone there through the website.

I have been coming here for multiple years and service is great! Try to avoid the weekend, and try coming midday so that you don’t have to wait.
Very profesional, and everything fixed very quick! I recommend it, and is the only tag agency that I go to in Miami.
