Unfortunately, I had a bad experience going to this store twice. The store attendant cashier 3005 had a nasty attitude talking to me and my friend. During the time we were there, she followed us around telling us to put things back in order, complaining to us about how people mess up the store around and that she stands on her feet for 12 hrs and so forth. While I understand her frustration, I find it very inappropriate to treat us the way she did when we were just looking for something to buy and were not disorganizing the store. I’m not planning to go back to this store location anymore.

I followed RETURN procedure and paid UPS and have tracking number it was received May 2, 2022 by SANTANA. NOW... I CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE FOR MY REFUND? multiple emails. the store chat doesn't respond now? They even offered me 50% off my next purchase. I have ALL OF THE CHATS AND EMAILS and telephone number given to me to call now goes to Voicemail. I will be going to the courthouse to file a claim if someone doesn't contact me immediately.
