First things first the shuttle driver Maiza was the most pleasant part of this trip! She was very personable, sweet and on point! Her customer service down to her driving skills! If I could have her service every time I visited it assure my return!! Thank you so much Maiza!!!

Staff were all friendly. The front desk staff and shuttle drivers just made our day! Everyone was helpful and polite would definitely stay again!

Very interesting hotel if you arrive in the evening. You can go there on foot. Take the Miamover to the rental car center, then take the train/bus station access corridor to the end and go down, it's only a 500m walk to the hotel. So you can take your car the next morning only, no risk of delay at the rental company (set your alarm anyway ?)
This avoids having to queue for your vehicle the same evening, after a 9-hour flight when all you want to do is go to bed.
On the other hand, no restaurant nearby, plan something at the airport, it's more of an industrial area, not very pretty but just practical for one night.
The staff is welcoming, the hotel is clean and the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast included in the price.

I want to thank the driver Mr. Evelio he’s one of the nicest guys at this location. He goes out his way to make sure you’re comfortable has the valet parking service on point. I like the fact how the runners make an effort to say hello.
That goes a long way. This is my family second stay, largely because of the friendliness of Evelio. No hotel is without its challenges, but this hotel seems to be on top of all if not most unseen incidents and really give an effort to finding a resolve. The breakfast is very good, the elevator is clean and smells nice.
The free washing machines are always a plus. I look forward to returning at this location when me and my family are seeking a hotel to stay at. In Miami. The location is perfect 5-6 minutes away from the airport! Thank you.

Food & drinks: The food is great if you’re a breakfast person!

Is very comfortable for a family with kids !
Breakfast is great , social hours are served like a dinner with lots of choices to eat ! Room are spacious and clean ! Amazing customer service especially at the front desk !!!! Super Hotel !!! Will always stay once we are back to Miami !

Loved my stay here. The breakfast was simple and lacked variety but it was good nonetheless. The suite was very spacious and felt clean. The kitchen had a few necessary items and the bed was a great nice size.

Decent hotel. Expect for the doors to be locked on you if you step out for a chat or smoke outside of the locked door hours if you are a POC.
Safety: Decent. They will watch you walk out of the hotel and lock the doors to insure you can get back in with a room key.

There are no extra beds. You book over standard room with points for four people and get a queen bed with sleeper sofa much smaller than a queen bed for two!
Using IHG and rewards points is ridiculous! You are simply not recognized as a Diamond! Booked two weeks vacation at six IHG hotels, always with four people, five were automatically upgraded, but here at the airport we didn't even get an extra bed. Ridiculous. Staybridge, think about why more and more people are switching to Marriott. Had to order a second room for cash and then you also get a handicapped room.

It is near the miami airport. Stayed there after a late night flight. The place is clean but very dated. The decor reminds me of the late '80s.
Being near the airport, you hear jets going in and out. The dresser in our room was not level. The drawers would open by themselves. The staff was nice and the area seemed safe. Though it looked more industrial in the surroundings. Getting an Uber the next morning was unbelievable. It was there in 30 seconds from booking the ride. For a quick, inexpensive overnight stay, I was satisfied.

This place is amazing. The food was great, and the bed was comfy, but best of all, when I needed to print a document last minute, their amazing receptionist helped me get it done, no problem! Great place to stay.
