It's the worst layout/waste of space of a cafe anywhere. There's absolutely no outside seating - despite the fact that customers have repeatedly complained directly to the district manager. (Literally to her face.) The music is so loud that the baristas have to shout in order to be heard. It can be 60 degrees outside but the AC is always blowing.? The WiFi/internet doesn't work."Here's your coffee. Now get out."

I’ve had a few times where I’ve had to SETTLE with this location unfortunately. The turnover of employees just goes to show how unorganized not only is it ran within the stores but within the whole company itself. You can tell whoever is hiring is not well trained or capable of their job themselves, so I can’t expect much from the employees. I live and work in the area and I would never recommend this location to anyone. The drinks are always a hit or miss, some days they’ll come out ok and some days it’s just a complete disappointment. Don’t bother to visit, there are sooo many other local coffee shops to enjoy in the area. Give your money to people who actually care.

So rude and unprofessional there is a male barista there that has no training no customer skills instead of greeting me when I come pick up my order he yells we have a problem I can tell English is not his first language and he seems to struggle to communicate with customers but that is not not the way you speak to people he needs to take some lessons on customer service and the hiring manager should be more considerate when she hires people this kinda job is not for him !
