I ordered Roses online for my grandmothers birthday and they never arrived. I was charged on my credit card and never received my roses. I never got a confirmation email. When I call nobody answers and the line comes up as "busy" and then disconnects. I have filled out the form and attempted to make an account to get a refund but to no avail. Think this business is closed or no longer servicing

This business seems to be a fake. After placing my order and being charged for it on my credit card, I never received a confirmation email, nor was I offered to print the order confirmation online. After creating an account, each time I try to log in, I get a "wrong password" response; trying to reset the password takes me to a DNS error screen. Trying to communicate with the company via the "Send us a message" button on their web page is useless (no response), although an on-screen message claims that somebody would get back to you right away. Trying to use a phone number shown on their web site routes you to a "this number is not in service" announcement. I am going to block my credit card payment. Beware!

A total waste of money, don't believe the advertisements. Flowers showed up on time, but half of the stems were 6 inches shorter than the other half. Although my wife followed the video instruction exactly the flowers never opened up and died 4 days later.

Horrible company do not order from there. The flower where supposed to arrive on vday never did now there is no customer service number to contact to even try to get a refund. Big scame

It’s the worst company ever! My husband ordered me 100 roses for Valentine’s Day and I never got them!! They delivered it to the wrong address and completely ruined my day. No apologies from them not even a single rose nor a refund. I would never order from them again.

I got these for my landlord. We are just friends but still what is better than red roses. And when they came it was amazing! The scent of the roses were strong...they were long and very sturdy. They were beautiful !!! I only use Spring in the Air for all my flower needs..I haven't been disappointed.

I have been purchasing these Rose's for my wife for about 5 years, 4 times a year or better. I never have been disappointed by them. My wife brags to everyone about how gourgues they are, and how long they last (10 to 12 Days). I will continue to get theses for her for 2 reason she loves them and I love the price.

Better than expected. Ordered on Tuesday for delivery Friday and it arrived on time in the morning. The roses were as fresh as can be. Out of 50 I only needed to peel a few outer petals of 8 roses! They were all large sized and all over 30 inches in length! Pleasantly surprised and I highly recommend!

Love these flowers!!! I received the green garden roses they are beautiful! My husband used to send me flowers once a week and he passed away three years ago. I am going to receive these once a month to remind me of my husband and how much our love meant to each other.

Spring in The Air is an unbelievably amazing company! Live up to every one of their words, and delivered fresh, beautiful roses on Valentine's Day with no problems. The roses still look big & beautiful to this day, and I couldn't be more pleased. I will forever order roses from this company as well as recommend them! Thank you spring in the air!!

I ordered flowers from Spring in the air for the first time for mothers day. Ordering is quick and delivery is on time. The red and white roses look fantastic in person, mother said. Thanks Spring in the air! I will order again in the future. I highly recommend them.

I've been ordering from Spring In The Air for well over 5 years and couldn't be happier with how easy ordering is, how quickly the order is fulfilled and ships, and how beautiful your roses are. My wife loves the dozens of roses she has received and how every single rose has lasted over 3 weeks. I couldn't be happier with the company and their product. Not to mention the free extra dozen my wife got with my Valentines order this year.

Bad experience. Don't order from them unless you hate your girlfriend/wife. It didn't deliver as it advertises.
