“This was my first time visiting MSM fight shop. I am in Miami for a vacation and was looking to buy a pair of gloves that i cant buy in Korea.
MSM had really great selections of boxing equipments especially gloves. From Phenom to Rival, their walls were filled with all different types of brands and ounces. I had chance to try on more than 30 different gloves and finally found the one that fits the most.
Andy was the kindest and most capable manager I've ever met in USA. Despite my extended stay in the store and many questions and requests, he was very supportive. He gave me a pleasant shopping experience. Thanks again for such a great experience and perfect quality product.”

“got a recumbent bike for my parents from Best Used Gym Equipment. I didn't realize after I purchased it that the standard recumbent bike was too difficult for an elderly person to climb over the center post. three months later I contacted Juan Carlos (the owner) and asked if there was anything he could do. I returned the bike and he found me a really nice one (see picture). Didn't charge me anything. Any sporting good store would have told me to go pound sand.
The service and sales people are supper nice and courteous and the store location is right next to I-95 which makes it easily accessible. I got top quality used equipment at a fraction of the price of a new one with a six month warranty. These guys are the best.”

“I just want to give this company and Charles a huge shout out. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was in a bind after another suit store dropped the ball and I was left without a suit for my son’s communion. Charles was able to answer my questions and get me the exact suit in 4 days. The tracking for UPS was not updating and Charles kept me up to date the entire time assuring me my package was on its way. I’m happy to say my son’s suit arrived today. “Read til the endIs it fun? Dear god it’s a blast. But here has been my experience. Sales is amazing. They’ll bend over backwards to sell you a $14,000 board and ship it immediately. After one short season in the northeast, mine wouldn’t start anymore. It was under warranty so I figured I’d send it back to get it fixed. The entire process took about 2 months longer than they said it would and the warranty didn’t cover anything. Communication was terrible. However, once a gentleman named Or became aware of my situation he went above and beyond to salvage my experience. He opened a line of communication and got things done for me very quickly and did everything he could to make things right. Or was a huge part of winning me back to this company when I was ready to leave it for another brand.”

“The past couple of days I wasted time heading to the mall looking for a quality minimalist white shoe. On average most places are charging about $70. I wanted a pair that would be flexible and have a slight edgy feel to them. I always relate PUMAs to B-Boys and the old school feel. I was hesitating making the drive to the PUMA outlet in Dolphin Mall but I knew it would be the best option. The selection is vast and something for everyone and best of all, the prices are the lowest bar none. I got my white pair for $44 which is a steal. I’m a BMW enthusiast and have always admired the broad selection from a standard classic with the BMW color scheme to those that are more race driver authentic.The price for these are more than fair and aggressive. In comparison to the typical selection at other mall store fronts, the prices and selections available at the PUMA outlet store can’t be beat. You don’t have the sales team on top of you which I can appreciate. I know what I want and can certainly make my selection. The sizes are available are stacked directly above or below the sample. This makes for easy fitting and comparisons between styles. There is more that just shoes. Jackets, socks, shorts, t-Shirts, etc , there is something available for the PUMA enthusiast. The counter staff was super friendly and have never been disappointed coming here. Should have come directly here and not wasted time at other mall store fronts. This location and selection is a true winner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
