This store carries great brands, and would be a great resource if you live in Miami.Just a heads up for anyone else who finds themselves in my situation: they do not offer refunds for returns. No exceptions. I've found myself stuck with $500+ store credit that I will likely never use. Lesson learned to always check the return policy!

I’ve been shopping here for 6 years.. my go to for any formal outfits, everyday outfits, lounge wear, resort wear, you name it Splash has it. It’s got the best brands and the best sales. Obsessed with this place!!!!!!!!

The lady who serves is super hateful! The service is too bad... very disappointed, I went and bought a beautiful dress but the service is horrible in that place!!

The boutique itself is nice and very organized. The reason I rated this boutique so low is because the service was truly horrible. I hope the women who worked there were having a bad day when I walked in, because if they are plainly rude and snobby people, they might not be fit to work at this store. Most of the brands sold at this store are high end, and I have no interest in spending copious amounts of money at a place where the staff reminds me of my mother-in-law.

What an amazing boutique! I love shopping here because I feel so comfortable and love the style of the clothes. Im not sure why there are bad reviews on customer service. I have NEVER had a bad experience, the manager of Splash and Nextdoor are the sweetest, most helpful girls ever! LOVE THIS BOUTIQUE!!!!!!!

My time shopping at Splash was so fun. The two women working there are so helpful and kind. There are so many unique items in the shop and such a wide variety of brands! Definitely a go-to spot in South Miami.
