New manager told me the system was down and I couldn't get gas. I asked her if I paid at the pump would it work she told me no. People were buying gas in front of me and behind me and also at the pump. I paid at the pump and got gas. I asked the manager why did she lie, she said the pump works if I paid with card, I told her I asked her that before and she told me no, she then said she reset the pumps so now it works. There was no reason for her to lie about gas. This new manager is very strange

This morning when I put gas in my car, the meter kept counting and going up even though the pump had already stopped pumping gas. I was charged about $20 extra for no reason.The manager said there is no way for her to know if what I said is true or not so she didn’t give me a refund. On top of that she kept my receipt so I have no record.Trying to call the gas station now but they don’t answer.How can you steal money from people just like that? This is so messed up.

Different store same quality in every aspect...busy hour a clean store yet again, gas prices very attractive...an A+ Customer Service from a Customer Service Representative with a nice smile and very polite. There's a lot of promotions going on right about now...guests are getting their money worth. I love this place!!!

A young man, attending precisely at the time of this post, between 6:15 and 6:30 pm, was super unpleasant to help me. He couldn't tell where the chicken burgers were, he told me that I had them on my face and I didn't He explained to me about the reward, since they had given it to me in the morning and with the no, he told me that if I wanted information that he would find out for me in the application.

Today at that gas station that number
It's 8190, they tried to steal money from me when I had finished pumping gas... when I went inside, the cashier and the manager treated me very May and told me that they had nothing to do with it, that I should call the company to see if they could help me, they are shameless.

Memorial Day I came into your gas station around 9 am. I was the 2nd customer. The two attendant you had there were very rude did not stop having their conversation until they felt like it. Completely ignoring the first customer, and myself and when I finally brought it to their attention they were insulted and didnt even want to help me because I interrupted their personal conversation . They had me go from all over the counter to the other side I was clueless of where to pay. Seriously it was very upsetting, they are bringing all of their bad habits from Cuba, because there is no business in Cuba nor did they ever worked and they come here trying to do the same. Nothing Personal but do your job, I dont need the gossip nor do I come in to waste time. As an owner of a business if I have two despicable human beings like that behind my counter, I will be losing business each minute of the day. It is not productive

Paid $20.00 for premium fuel on pump 7. The pump only gave me $0.82 in fuel when it was suppose to be $20.00 cause that's what I asked for. The person then put $19.00 and went back to the pump and the pump just gave me $11.13 never have I ever went thru this in this station I've been coming here evernsince 2016 this place has had different faces working thru out the time and I'm still coming here. Is messed up how you're not recognized and on top of that blaming the system about my money being played upon. The system doesn't control itself. This place is hiring incompetent people that they can messed up and me as a customer gotta take the blame. I don't recommend paying in this place with your credit card. Pay cash so at least you can get your money back how it is.

Go by the coffee machine you will find roaches under the tray....customer service is alright sometimes you will find a whole drama coming from an employee

They have violent tempered cashier working there. I was just there Feb 16, 2023 and approx 7:20 pm and there was a guy who didn't know English, can't communicate with customers and doesn't know what products he sells. I asked him for a Honey Dutch and after 5 mins of staring right at it he tells me they don't have that. After I pointed it out to him he felt stupid in which he tells me "I should apply to work there if I know so much". I replied Thank you but its ok I do have a career, he because more upset and told me in Spanish that he gets out at 10:00 PM to meet him there. So if you wanna get threatened with physical violence this is the place to go...… Take your business where your safe!

On Saturday 6/18 just pass 6pm I witnessed the cashier trying to scam a customer. The customer prepaid at the register with cash and when he went to pump gas the transaction had not been processed the customer went inside and the cashier pretended he hadn’t taken his money. He continued to tell the customer he had to check the system which he never did and after several attempts to put gas the customer finally told him he was going to call the cops so that they could view the surveillance cameras and see that he did in fact pay. And just like that the cashier remembered that he did in have the customers money and proceeded with the transaction.I can’t respond via the link you sent. But I can explain what I witnessed which was your cashier trying to steal from a customer. That’s extremely alarming.

Older lady with glasses that worked there 03/20/22 showed extremely obvious racial prejudice towards me when my fiance attempted to buy something for me using her I.D. So disappointed how she handled the situation. Wasn't necessary at all.
