This place is illegally holding cars to get people to pay more for the vehicle sitting in their lot. The lady at front desk was provided all legal documentation for her to release the car including power of attorney. Yet she claims they’re “fake documents” I didn’t know they had fraud prevention experts working here? To make an accusation that serious saying we’re committing fraud is already defamation I will be reporting this company to the BBB today.

The service was horrible and they were extremely rude. I needed a tow truck and I was told that they had no tow trucks available for the night and that they were not going to be taking anymore tows. They are a 24 hour service so why advertise that you are when you have no intention of being a 24 hour service. Definitely don’t recommend this towing service at all!

When I went to pick up my van they were rude! Worst experience ever! I would never chose to use this place! The lady at the front desk was rude and made me pay with cash even though over the phone and on there window it says credit cards are authorized.Service: Car towing

Never use this Company (Roberto Acosta) Scammed me took my $25. dollars down and Refused to tow my car after Deposit. Stay Far Away from this scam artist. Instead go to (All 4 One) towing. They charged me $25. Dollars Cheaper. Due to I told them i was scammed, and they decided to help me. Now Thats Service. When you have an accident, Breakdown, last thing you need is a man reviewing his own Company as you can clearly see below his own review. TRUST ME, Whatever you do dont go to scammers!! Refuse to do Business with them.

This towing company had very service at least for me. It was very smooth , I called and a guy name Alberto came and he was very nice and calm and that helped me to be calm as well. Pretty good prices as well.
