I walked in the branch on Bird Rd. with my wife with the intention of notarizing a document. There were three tellers just talking to each other, there were no clients at the moment.Once of them looked at me and motion for us to go to his window, I explained that we needed to sign a document with a notary, we gave him the DLs, and enter the debit card in the scanner.The teller asked what the document was, and I explained. Then he proceeded to tell us that he could not notarize the document for my wife, because she was not a SCCU member. I told him that I was and needed his help to get this done. He simply said that he could not do it. I would not even mind paying a fee to get it done, but that was not offered. The teller simply returned our Ids, the document, and went back to shoot the breeze with the other tellers.If this is a SCCU rule, it is one that does not help its members in this case me, and should be observed and changed.All we did was cross the street and walked into the Wells Fargo where my wife has an account and got it done fast and no problems. If I can give zero I would. The bank opens at 9 and no one was there. They finally came to the window at 9:30. I waited for them and I wouldn't know how long I would have to wait if they did show up at 9:30. If I were you I would not go to that bank but it is the closest one.

Great on car loans horrible, on home loans - complete waste of time, home loan processing unit is terrible, uploaded a bunch of docs as requested, and they continued to request the same docs, they didnt even check their own document system, then they kept changing the terms of the original loan terms. NOT GOOD! I cant find any phone number for this branch anywhere and went in circles for around 10 minutes without reaching any human to ask a question on the 800 number provided. Now I have to take time from work to visit. NOT GOOD!
