Space Coast credit Union has great concepts but it goes down like the operation was a success but your patients are dying. The tellers are magnificent in this location. Knowledgeable, fast, friendly and doing the job of three. Teller, customer service & branch manager. I waited over 20 mi uses in line just to deposit. The tellers were doing all sorts of customer service in the teller windows. Where are the branch managers, customer service reps ? Please pay these gentlemen for the position of three they're amazing and running the branch. I almost didn't mind all the wait thanks to their excellent work. But really Administration should get their act together.

Anyone who wants to do something commercial in the name of their company will only get nothing, will not give anything commercial, everything is a guarantor of their personal credit, they should not say that they provide commercial services, it is a lie!

Very friendly and professional from the teller who welcomed me, Cristobal, to Elvin who helped me over the phone with the process of opening a business account. . I find the place very professional, modern, clean and pleasant compared to other banks I have visited. I recommend them 100%.

I went to them on Monday to get something notarized and was told that they couldn't do it because it was a legal document. Now if that isn't an idiotic statement that reflects the customer service attitude of this branch one couldn't make this up and says all that needs said about this branch.

do not use this bank at all! I open the business account and deposit a bunch of money and they held my money for five days! Then I tried to Zelle my employees and they have a $2000 a month limit! I cannot even pay my payroll with my own money to my employees. This is the worst bank ever! Do not use this bank and do not open any accounts in here. The customer service is horrible! I was on hold for one hour just to talk to Zell and then they finally tell me they can only Zell $2000 a month! Worst financial institution ever

they are lucky to have one instead of nine because I could notMy husband has IRA with Eastean Airlines from 15 years and he put another 15 years in Dollar Rent Car. since 2017 as a wife I submit an affidavit mailed by UPS in order to change the address and have statement forwarde, I mail copied certified my license of marriage that my husband signed his power attorne, living will, and decline any resuscitation or be entubaded. i know my responsible as a wife after he had 2 brain tumor of 5 inches on 1917 and 1918 tumor that growth again and is not operated. He developed dementia and seizures reasons that Motor Vehicles in Tallahasse revoqued his driver license when I mailed a form signed by the doctor. My husband born on1948 which he is allowed to have a distribution funds at the age 73 or cash all his money of course with penalties. 5 times I mailed all of the above en the only excuse after several transfer and most that one hour in hold they teply to me that the never got the mailed. We live I Lakeland and the only close branches is to drive 1 hour to Melborbe or drive 4 hours to go to Miami that certainly my husband will not able to titeare the trip. at this moment tired mailing document I forwarded again for the last time to closed all checking, saving, and IRA. Due that my husband is 74 years old. Also asking for the standbys to do his taxes. Lacking because the negligence of Spance Coast to forward informatio.
