I just called to make an appointment with Andy at my regular time , and the woman who answered the phone was SO RUDE ! I was shocked . Saying she couldn’t book him at that time ever . Never. When I tried to tell her that just 2 weeks ago I was there at that time and the salon was full , so clearly I wasn’t the only one … she said “I don’t know what to tell you “ but in such a dismissing sarcastic and rude tone. I feel bad for Andy and the other employees there how they’re turning away customers for them like this. Hope the owner sees this. To find out who it was it was Saturday 1:30pm . So he/ she can figure out who the employee was. Shameful.

The absolute WORST NAIL SALON IN MIAMI! Let’s start off by saying I was waiting in one of the chairs for my turn. There was no one sitting there and no room to sit and wait annywhere else. The man proceeds to announce “why is she sitting in my chair?”. The actual lady doing my nails was awfully rude and made me bleed almost on every finger and didn’t ask if I was okay once or apologize. My nail polish on every single nail now completely smudged and chipped. It looks horrendous. I have to go get a nail polish change at a new salon it’s been 2 days.. I won’t ever in my life step back in this terrible establishment. I paid $170 not including tip. For gel X nails. And a toenail polish change. Not even a pedicure

Service rude!!! Had to get rude in return to get proper service. Joe or whatever his name is, SUCKS!!! He Doesn't know how to give proper customer service. CONVENIENT TO BRICKELL, NOT WORTH THE TIME, NOR MONEY!!!

I had a great experience today. I usually go to another place but this salon is closer to home so despite the recent reviews I gave it a chance and I’m glad I did. I requested a dip manicure and the guy (I think Huang Phan #14) was great. He paid attention to detail. I’m fussy about having the polish fill my whole cuticle bed and about lumps. He did a good job and it looks good.

This salon does not properly sanitize and disinfect their tools. They reuse nail files on clients, and spray their tools with green alcohol but there is no autoclave disinfecting and sanitizing being done. They are risking people’s lives and health!!!

I came in for a men's pedicure for the second time and I've had a good experience so far. They always find time to see me and do a thorough and considerate job, especially since I'm prone to some nail issues. The one tip I'd have is: be nicer and don't be afraid to apologize. I overheard a customer with a very reasonable complaint about not being informed of the need to sign up for an appointment. It was clearly the receptionist's fault for not informing the customer but she refused to apologize - just shrugged and moved on with helping her get in the que. You can tell the customer was frustrated by this.

This is the worst manicure/ pedicure I’ve ever received. I tried Gelx on my hands because they were supposed to last longer, however, I had nails falling off the same day. The pedicure is terrible. Polish left all over my skin and since it’s gel, I cannot get it off. Their pedicure chairs do not work, cleanliness is questionable ( my nail tech was eating while doing my manicure) For 130, I cannot believe I have to redo my nails at home.

If I could give zero I would.
In order to remove my existing gel, they put my fingers in a bowl of acetone!
My hands were BURNING, and as ridiculous as it was, the alternative was to use a filthy machine covered with other people’s nails?
I ran away and would avoid if I were you!

This is the worst place I have ever been like wtf is this, I got a Gel pedicure and one day late it is coming off, like this is gel it should never come off until I got get it off. I I called them to ask for a refund they said i had to come back but I live in a different part of towand would have to take a Uber that cost more then I spent and they weren't trying to work with me to figure anything, and she hung up on me, and when I called back no answer for three times then they answered and was just silent. Worst business management and service ever.

I’ve been to this location a few times - only if I need something done last minute. The quality of work is never that good but what’s worse is the customer service. There is always a wait that takes longer then they set expectations for. Tonight, I walked in for a last minute pedi. I was told it would be 20 minutes which I said was fine so I left to grab food. I came back and waiting 5 minutes and overheard someone tell the receptionist they couldn’t see more people. She comes up to me they can’t see me. I tell her I’ve been waiting and she then blames ME for them not being able to take me. I know this place doesn’t have the best customer service but gaslighting customers is a first. It takes zero effort to me nice to an inconvenience customer!
