Went to the bank to change my pin, and they gave me a one eight hundred number to do so. Then forgot my pen again because I don’t use EdFed for regular day to day transactions but just to save money on my account so I forgot my pin again. Needed to put money into my account so I called the one 800 number again and now they are telling me to go to the branch in order to get a new card, but this is the same number that I used and order to change my pin but now they’re telling me that I can’t because it’s a breach of security I’m confused.

Terrible customer service. My debit card was compromised, and $550 was stolen from my checking account. I filed a dispute and submitted the required paperwork. When I called one week later to check on the status, the bank rep. told me, "You are one of 200 something cases." I have been a member of this credit union for 26 years. I am seriously considering taking my banking business somewhere else.

Online banking is terrible, automated phone service is equally useless, what kind of bank make the costumers to go to the branch in these days?? Teachers don’t have time to do this nonsense trips and lines! Wake up Edfed bank, we are in 2023!!!

All the representatives are hiding. They have customers waiting for 30 minutes while the employees are in the back on coffee breaks. There is no expedited way to help customers, such as paper applications or kiosks. For people who service teachers, their hours are not flexible to accommodate the schedule of all teachers.

I went in to get some money for my handyman. The lobby on tue seconds floor was pretty much empty. Only two people in front of me. The teller was welcoming and professional. She took care of my business quickly and efficiently.

This location is horrible. No one likes to do their job no accountability. It's takes 10 days to get a card from TN. The atm accepts cash but they always have to " find and verify" the fundsI've been waiting days for cash money I deposited into their atm. And now no one knows where the money is. It's absolutely ridiculous. And good luck getting any help at this location, the calls disconnected often!. I was suppose to receive a call manager but absolutely nothing!!! Everytime I call a manager is there, prompting them, but can't continue the call for an agent who clearly doesn't know what's going on. Ridiculous!

No, thank you. The team at the Palmetto Bay branch was very rude & confrontational when I was there to open an account. I believe they thought I was already a member. Fortunately, I was able to leave & go to SCCU where I was treated with courtesy.

I am so horribly disappointed in this credit union. The rude and incompetent customer service is just the absolute worst.
