Wow I currently have my Indian Ringneck with some problems and was about to go and take him here, but after reading this reviews how there service is Horrible, how they miss treat Pets, specially birds, the doctor is rude, how they killed someone’s pet and they only do things for the money,I’m going to stay away from this Business and take my bird somewhere else whey they do there job for love not for money. Hope this business does better

I found a baby squirrel and needed help with what to do. The customer service was great and gave me support through their own clinic and by providing info for rehabilitation centers nearby that could possible take the squirrel for continued support and care. Thank you so much!!

Extremely expensive even before seeing my chameleon, asked if i had an appointment even though I was the only person at the vet . They handled him roughly and lack of experience . Definitely do not recommend, better of elsewhere .

We took our ringneck dove in who had a mild illness. The entire staff was knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. Dr. Torres took excellent care of our bird, who then made a complete recovery in a short time. We will definitely continue to bring our pets to this vet!

We took our bird in with a mild health condition. The entire staff was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Dr. Torres took excellent care of our bird and provided him with the medication and supplements he needed to quickly make a full recovery, which he soon did. I'm very impressed and will definitely bring our pets to this location from now on.

THEY WILL KILL YOUR PET AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!My friend took her squirrel in and payed almost $600 to get the squirrel checked out. The Dr said he would be okay and NOT even 30 min later the poor thing dies. SHE HAD TO ASK FOR A REFUND… and they only refunded her for the $70 she spent on medicine.

I do not recommend it pure blablabla and they do not know anything if you do not have an appointment they will not attend to you and your animal will die waiting for the next day to give you an appointment or the next or the next week bad service that surely they bought the veterinary career

I do not recommend this place. You have a bird that is sick and they can treat you in 2 days and paying in advance. Bad care. Bad service. Bad veterinarians. They don't know anything about anything. Better not be veterinarians anymore and do a business selling medicines for animals, which is what they do well

I had a terrible experience and Paws and Claws, so my pets are new patients here! This is a VCA Hospital. The location is very quaint, and one of the few vets that can work with guinea pigs. I brought my 3yo female piggie in after conveniently making an appointment over the phone just a day before. It was quick and easy. The location is straightforward to find. I was immediately warmly greeted upon entering and thought their chalkboard welcoming all patients by name that day was super cute. Dr. Vicente Torres and the assistant were both super friendly, knowledgeable, and had quite the bedside manner. He even trimmed her nails for free while I was explaining the issue. Prices were on par considering the issue and I love the open communication with my paid invoices being sent to me plus the VCA app on my phone. Looking forward to our next check-up visit! Thank you, Dr. Torres.
