Let me just start by saying I have been a Snaks 5th Avenchew customer since 2016 and I asked for a refund one time because the order was placed by mistake and now my account has a hold on it The customer service representative was so RUDE Corinne Walsh who is Customer Service Manager. I expect as a long time customer to be treated with a bit of respect and that's the last thing I got. I placed another order a couple of days ago and they put a hold on my order and now might be shutting down my account all because I asked for a refund one time. As well as I was told that my account account will "need approval before fulfilling any future orders. Should your account not be granted approval, we will provide a list of retail partners that have a wide variety, that can be shipped to you directly from their store or online website" So not only are they putting a hold on my account they won't let me order from them again after being a customer of them for over 5 years

They have the best quality dog foods and any other accessories needed for my pet. These guys are truly amazing with their job because they managed to handle everything that I needed. I will surely recommend this pet shop to all because they are truly reliable with their services. Truly amazing! Thank you so much, everyone!

Best treat companie everrr! Every time I come home from the barn my dog waits for a snaks 5th awenchew! The horses and my dogs love these treats and I really recommend them! They also very nice, once we had a shipping problem and I never got my treats, so I contacted them and asked them to send me the treats I ordered again and they sent me the one I ordered, plus a whole pack of the mini donuts!! Overall they are the best treat company to order from!!!!!

Their website is very well organized and have tons of codes for money off. I wish the treats came a little sooner, but other than that my only complaint is that for some of the stuff you pay $20 for 5 treats. The ones that have more always seem more worth it no matter how cute they are

Snaks 5th Avenchew is the best, their treats are incredibly designers and completely safe for the horse. My horses and ponies love them, and they have great employees and customer service. I would 10/10 recommended to anyone!
