I called several hours in advance and I live 1 hour and 25 minutes away and when I arrived the order for 2 products was still not there. The service is good and so is the quality of the products.

Ordered fertility meds through SMP. The whole process was simple and easy which was a relief due to this already stressful time. A bracelet came with my meds with the word "hope" on it and I needed that during this struggling time. Thank you SMP ?

I have been using SMP for almost 10 years and in the last 2 years the customer service just keeps declining more and more.I have always appreciated the home delivery and getting through was quick and the service efficient. I guess nothing lasts for ever. It's a shame I will have to use another pharmacy.
