My A50 are unique phone which parts can't be replaced. The lady here is very knowledgeable about Samsung phones. I just wish she would explained this to me and spared me the back and forth to her shop plus money back. My opinion rest on a good job but wasn't the right phone for us to show off her great customer service and my good client loyalty points. Still, they are effective and efficient. ?

Horrible stay away!!! Estimate over the phone different once you arrive.. left my phone 24hrs and all of the sudden the parts are in back order!!! Took my phone else where.. they also tried to make me pay prior to the repair, glad that I didn't. Additionally called about 8 times with no answer decided to show up and that's when I was told about parts

AMAZING AND FAST SERVICE!! I came to fix an iPhone 8 screen and they fixed it within minutes!! I also bought a cover and a popsocket they worked amazing and they were surprisingly cheap!! 10/10 would recommend!!

This place is absolutely the worst place ever! Don’t waste your $$$$$$! This is the third time that I brought my phone in one month.The LCD they use is the worst quality and within a few days is broken again. The customer service is really bad. They have no idea how to run a business here in America!

I am the kind of person that loves to give positive reviews but this is the worst place in the world to bring your phone to be repair. The parts they use are the lowest quality and you have to be coming back because they just last a few days and you have to pay again every time. The way they run their business is like they are doing you a favor. And they are very rude. I have never seen anything like this before! If you don't want your day to be ruined don't come here because you are wasting your money! They don't care about customers!!!!!!!
