Sixt is a great car rental. Their locations are clean and the staff friendly and professional. Their cars are absolutely the best available and always super clean. I have rented 40+ cars from them the past few years and have always had a great experience. I have rented cars from competitors as well and am always left wishing that location had a Sixt.As for this location, the staff is great. Always very friendly and professional. They do their very best to manage the clients in house and to get folks into their cars. When they have difficult clients, they do not ignore those waiting. They try to get clients out the door and into their cars as quickly as possible. I know I will never get stuck here like I have been at other rental companies. In and out in under 20 minutes almost always. And, the cleanliness of the cars at this location is incredible time and time again.

Thank you SIXT for such wonderful customer service! The process was easy and quick from start to finish. My rental was ready at pick-up time and the return was just as fast. I am VERY pleased and will definitely use SIXT again for future rentals!

Hellen has great customer service! Very sweet, I had a little bit of an issue with my reservation at first and they were able to get around it and fix it for me! I’m really happy they were able to do that, because renting this car really helped my move go so much easier! Thank you so much Hellen for all your help! Hi:I am a President's Circle Gold Rewards Member and had a terrible experience on my last reservation. I called their customer service over the phone and was given a value for extending my reservation. This value was not respected and my final contract value was 2x higher. When I tried to call their billing department they said this was an issue with the extension department....I am trying to get them to listen to the phone calls I made for the extension as everything is supposedly recorded but I have now called 7 times and stayed over 2h on the phone with them.Terrible experience from a top tier customer.

Worst ever client service. The people that work here are not helpful at all. Sixt made a mistake with my pickup time and instead of resolving it they basically told me it was my problem. They made me wait for over an hour and suggested I take a dirty car instead if I was in such a hurry!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Terrible Customer Services. I picked up parking violation which I paid directly to the County Court during my rental period. Now a year later Sixt are trying charge me for the parking violation plus a fee! I have shown the payment receipt from the County Court... but they are still chasing payment!.... Totally disgraceful!!!

This experience was definitely better than the last experience, as the young man who processed my rental agreement was very professional, patient, understanding, advisable attentive and resourceful, he was dedicated to ensuring my experience was better than before. I’d definitely rent from this location and this company again—after having an encounter with employees who possess such work ethics.

I returned my car last Sunday August 13th. Still got no invoice and Sixt is still holding the complete deposit on my credit card. I sent 2 emails to Sixt and opened a ticket at the hotline with no reaction. This is not a good customer service.The Team at the station was very friendly and helpful but the service after the rental is very bad@DanyI already send 3 Emails to the customer service. No reaction after 48hours.

This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY. They had my original post taken down. I was with a friend in Miami, traveling from CA. We had scheduled go rent a car to drive to Key West. Hours before we were supposed to pick up the car we learned her husband had been hit by a car and killed. We had to immediately fly back to CA. This company refused to give me back the refund because "it wasn't my husband that died." THEY KEPT MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I COULD PROVE EVERYTHING. I now see that they have also had other bad reviews pulled down, not just mine. Do not rent from this car rental service. They are heartless.

Since I discovered Sixt, all my car reservations have been with them, they have the best cars at the best rates, they make your process so easy and fast and the staff is super professional, my experience with Johan is always excellent, he explains everything you need to know about your rental. Recommended 100%. If you are renting with someone else, you are losing money and convenience.

As a platinum member, I refer everyone to sixt. I'm extremely disappointed that 2 out of the 3 people I know that went to this location gets mistreated and taken advantage of just because they are female. The manager is never available, and the employees clearly don't want to work there and take out there anger on customers. Avoid this location at all costs, your better off driving an extra 20 minutes to get the true sixt experience.

Garbage customer service, lack of integrity, and overall unwillingness to work with customer. Despite paying for reservation in full up front, confirmation # granted, they refuse to honor the agreement as paid for and attempt to move you to a lower tier rental at the same upper tier price. Imagine the impact when you learn of this same day you need the car. Manager Gary Samora refused to make himself available. Another customer adjacent was experiencing the same. Sixt does not deserve your business and unfortunately is an example of the prototypical pathetic customer service of current times. You have been warned- steer clear of Sixt Car rental Coral Gables/Merrick.
