Agent Krystina and Mary are the two most professional persons in my whole experience with SixT. I would recommend them to anyone would like to try SixT for car rental! Mary saved me from a bad subscription experience with a novel idea and much cheaper option; and Krystina helped me to regained the confidence to try subscription again and helped me to link a car to my subscription on the same day I reserved it, which saved time and money for me. Nothing to complain about, impeccable vehicle and ready before time
Very good advice from the person at the counter. We are offered options, it's part of the game, it's up to us to accept or refuse them.
I was able to extend the rental without difficulty.

Nicholas is an outstanding employee who provides excellent service, always putting the customer's needs first and going above and beyond to solve any issues. He patiently searched for an available car for us and even introduced us to many attractions that most tourists wouldn't know about. He also carefully explained how to use the vehicle. His efforts made the entire car rental process feel welcoming and comfortable. We would be very happy to rent from Sixt again. Thank you, Nicholas.

I've been sending messages through the app for 6 days asking to change my car due to mechanical problems and they don't respond, they cut off your call on the phone and don't return it!! Regrettable!!

This was such a smooth and pleasant rental experience. The car I had booked in my class wasn't to my liking and the team were very accommodating in helping me switch to another vehicle and class. Thy the manager in particular was very warm and friendly. Return was very easy, although do always take a video of the vehicle in detail at pick up. Highly recommend SIXT at the InterContinental to anyone.

I've rented from here quite a few times and I've always had a great experience. I've usually been helped by Nicolas who has always provided extraordinary service. I used to rent from other places in the area as well but now I basically always just come here because the service is outstanding and I think they have the nicest and cleanest cars in the area.
