Sus place, called a couple days ago front desk attendant confirmed they don’t have a diagnostic fee, then told me the opening hrs for the rest of the week.
I came in 2 days later & was told it’s $140 diagnostic to check my 2017 Jeep…not a place I’d trust with my car or to have fair pricing.

One needs to get, have and maintain trustworthy people when it comes to mechanics, where they provide excellent quality service, good prices and, above all, honesty and responsibility.
His tone of voice is strong, which makes it seem like he is scolding the customers, which you later realize is very far from reality. Nobody is perfect when it comes to personality. What matters to me with my car is knowing that I leave the mechanic shop happy, with the result and the reliability of driving my vehicle knowing that it will always take me to a safe destination!

Truck was towed to a different auto shop that wanted to charge an outrageous amount for a thermostat replacement. I have had this issue on another vehicle and know he was trying to screw me. I called Sierra Auto Service and for starters, the woman who answered the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. After a short discussion I decided to tow my truck to Sierras and I’m so glad I did. I paid a VERY reasonable price and the work was completed in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend, and will be taking my vehicles there in the future.

Family owned business that provides honest and quality service. I've been coming to see Kiki for almost 20 years and I rely on him for car advice. Twice, he's had to help me get towed to his shop and he's been there to help me during some scary car emergencies (one being on December 31st at the beach; he was a life saver). He's helped me maintain my past five cars and my family also goes here for anything we need. Great and timely service and a business that won't lie and try to take advantage. So thankful we found them.

Great family owned business! Efficient, trustworthy, and overall great experience! Business owners you can trust know what they're doing with years of unconditional knowledge and experience! I wouldn't be able to tell you where to put the wind shield liquid in my car and that's why I can't live without Sierra Auto Service in my life. Thank god for them! Don't walk, runnnn to them if you're having car trouble. You won't be disappointed!
