Sells defective clothes at $100 a piece. Then insults you for having an “attitude” when you ask for your money back for the defect and you bring the receipt. “Store credit only” excuse me, I can’t wear the dress because the zipper doesn’t work. Now I have an “attitude” and I’m “malcriada” and also have “conflicting morals” because I was initially trying to help a small business out, and now I want my money back since the item was defective? “It doesn’t have a tag” I bought it without a tag because it fell when I was trying it on AT THE STORE. Horrible service. Horrible people. Horrible store. Never again. And if they don’t return my money I will dispute the charge and sue

I had the opportunity to buy several clothes and they are very pretty and of quality but unfortunately many of their clothes are not correct in sizes for pants, skirts and dresses, leading me to have to make several changes and having to pay for shipping no longer. It is covered by the store, which in turn does not refund the money even when they do not have the desired size to be able to carry out the exchange, only leaving me with the option of store credit.

Very nice cloths , employees are very nice the only complaint it’s that they only carry very little merchandise so if you are not at the store or see it on social media as soon as they posted it there is a big chance you don’t find it.
