Ship Smart Inc. In Miami and his team were amazing! We had couches, beds, tables, drawers, desks, chairs and not one scratch. They did this in the Ship Smart Inc. In Miami.

This was by far the worst experience This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a move. I had a very small shipment from Naples FL to NYC. The staff who loaded the items dressed and acted like thugs as did the staff on the receiving end - Tera Moving, LLC. The items were promised "door-to-door" but were left in the service area and hallway of my building. The boxes (new u-haul moving boxes) were destroyed and the contents rummaged and several items missing. The delivery team left before I signed acceptance of the delivery which completely makes sense now given the number of missing boxes. The insurance I paid for now is now nonexistent - when I asked to file a claim I was told that I had to sign-off that the delivery was complete before I could expect a claim form. Customer service is a nightmare to work with. They made offers to rectify the situation and then rescinded. The incident is now being handled by my credit card company AND I am filing a claim with the BBB. Shame on you ShipSmart!

Terrible. Delivery came 2 weeks late and all the furniture was damaged or broken. Wouldn't recommend. Delivery people did not assemble bed correctly and mattress was also warped.

I just called to get a quote to move from Miami to another town in Florida. The lady on the phone told me, "we dont' do that" and hang up on me. Way to do business, good luck!

I strongly recommend Ship Smart I moved from Las Vegas to Royal Palm Beach,Fl and shipped 35 cartons A big screen TV and computer and pictures as well as many other fragil things. My shipment arrived in perfect condition. They really know what there doing.

Jim Locke from the company contacted me Friday. He was very courteous and explained that their SF office at the time of my move was undergoing changes. I appreciated the call and thought it very generous when he offered a 30% refund.

I had a great experience with Ship Smart. I had to move my mom across country, which I knew would be a big expense. We decided to leave her furniture at her condo so we could rent it out, so we only took her belongings (about 20 boxes). We didn't need her things quickly because she was going to stay with us as we got her apartment ready so cheaper price with a slower move was our goal and Ship Smart fit that perfectly. It didn't even take very long (3 weeks from Florida to Oregon). I called 2-3 times when trying to decide whether to move a heavy piece of furniture and they were helpful and patient giving me my options. Every time I changed the move details (more boxes, moving artwork) they sent me a revised quote with the details spelled out. Everything went great. Can't recommend them strongly enough.
