My new contractor took a piece of wall to match the paint, also the old gallon of paint with the propuse of using the same base. They told the contractor that both colors were very close (using the code, of course they have to be close, they are the same paint). So they try a middle ground between the original paint and the piece of wall, the result was 2 gallons of a slightly darker paint. No surprise because what we need it just to match correctly the current color with the piece of wall.
They just replaced one of the 2 gallons with the color of the sample and I have been waiting for 3 days and made multiple attempts to speak to the manager….
So far no explanation as to why they will only replaced one gallon. You are either at fault for both or not at fault at all.

A terrible experience in that place, the attention is the worst! I think they get offended when you come to buy. The truth is that to return there, I'd rather go to another longer place.

Paints are different colors in the outside wall the house, looks totally different, I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE AND MY COST HAS BEEN DOUBLE. TAKEN CARE AT "SHERWIN WILLIAMS " my suggestion is buying in other center.

This store is near my home and there is an older lady who works behind the counter who is ready to charge MUCH MORE than you need to pay. I was there about 6 months ago to purchase paint for an entire house. I remember there was a gentlemen behind the counter who offered to get me a better price because I was buying so much paint. She gave him the eye and then said something to him and he replied to her that it was ok. I couldn't believe that this lady was trying to stick it to me. A few days ago I needed a few gallons and went back and sure enough it was her there this time. She charged me 79.00 per gallon and when I mentioned that's not what I paid last time she said there were no promotions. The real kicker is I had to go back this time a younger gentlemen helped me and he gave me a price that was 20.00 less per gallon. This is a horrible business model for a neighborhood paint store. WE the neighborhood are your customer base. You don't get foot traffic, you are not Home Depot, you are a neighborhood focused store...my recommendation is don't try to stick it to your customer base. Next time I will drive to ACE Hardware down the street that always offers the same price, or I'll drive down to Home Depot off NW 12th. It's very hard to do business when you support your employees doing this, and I will certainly never give that lady another penny. Stay away from this place.

Stopped by the store to inquire about a water-based sealer for my paver driveway. On that day, I spoke to Cesar who was professional and offered the Cobble Loc sealer as an option. I didn't buy on that day because I needed to do research the appropriate sprayer to use. I returned a day later to purchase and was "helped" by a woman that I could not communicate with. Don't think she understood a word of English, nonetheless I tried to communicate what I needed with her. She then had a conversation with another co-worker in a language other than English, I think in an attempt to ascertain what I was asking for. The other worker did mumble some words in English and ultimately, I was able to purchase the 5-gallon Cobble Loc sealer. Disclaimer - people are free to speak or not speak any language they desire. However, in a customer-facing business that is located in an English language dominant country, it is probably prudent for employees to speak the language. Next day, I applied the product which was a lot of labor. Afterwards, I needed some clarification on drying time, called the manufacturer and also inadvertently discovered expiration date is VERY important. Sure enough, I looked at the label and oddly the expiration date tag was cut in a way that the date was barely visible. Did check the LOT and the product that was sold to me WAS EXPIRED. As per the manufacturer, using expired product can degrade the integrity and cause issues in a short time. To that point and in essence, 3 days of cleaning, prep and applying the sealer could have been a waste of time and expense.Update 04-20-22 - As you can see, Sherman Williams responded to this review. I contacted them and provided my contact info, received an autoreply that someone will be in touch with me from corporate which of course was all nonsense. They didn't contact me from corporate - never intended to. Their response to my review is just for the purpose of creating a false illusion of being responsive to complaints to appease other potential consumers reading the reviews.

Acceptable service...but they sell you a can of paint without telling you that they don't have any more. And when you return in 1 hour they tell you to look in another store. I advise you to look for another more serious store.
