I’m pregnant and the lady didn’t let me use the toilet, saying the key was in the “workshop” and they don’t have a toilet.

The toilet was not available for pregnant customers, employees don’t have a toilet??? Is it legal?

Took the car in for a cylinder misfire, wanted 600 dollars for a sparkplug and ignition coil change on a hyundai. When I calmly asked if it was necessary to replace both components, because they hadnt even inspected the car yet, the mechanic got so mad he started pacing. He angrily told me to take my car elsewhere, and scolded me for questioning his expertise because he's been "doing this for 20 30 years." What a terrible person who doesn't treat customers like people. Actually bragging about working at a gas station for 30 years straight and hadn't gone somewhere better, if that's the case dude's probably not a great mechanic anyway
Update: Since my last visit I had done some research on how to fix the car, and now I know that I had experienced an attempted scam. The angry mechanic had wanted 300 dollars for the ignition coil, 100 for sparkplugs, and 100 for labor. I purchased NGK iridium sparkplugs online for 40 dollars, and regular ignition coils for 90 dollars. The entire replacement process of both components took 10 minutes and was done in my driveway. Car runs perfectly now, spent a total of 130 dollars. The audacity to upcharge more than double the actual price for components, and then to ask a HUNDRED dollars of labor on top of that, when the job only required a socket wrench and 10 minutes is beyond me. The youtube video showing how to do it was 3 minutes long, that alone should tell you how complicated the job was. Not to mention my ignition coils were perfectly fine and didn't need replacing after all, so my original question that sent the mechanic into a fit of rage was in fact perfectly valid and he was just caught trying make a quick buck off of me.

I called and got a quote on 4 tires from a specific brand. When I returned to pick up the car they had put a different brand of tires without calling me first. The owner Jairo said he’d mistakenly ordered the wrong size but that he had given me better tires than what he quoted me on. When I searched online that was not true. The tires he sold me were cheaper and less quality than the original quoted tires. Not the first I’m disappointed with this place but it’s certainly the last. Always call the customer if you’re not going to do what’s been promised.

My wife and I have been using this particular Shell to service our vehicles for over 3 years. Couldn't be happier with the overall customer service and quality of work performed on our vehicles. They really make it a point to be straight forward with you and not offer something that isn't necessary.

Very small store not a lot of variety. Must purchase a $5.00 minimum on C.C. Friendly staff. But bad business practice for C.C minimum.

My usual place to fill up and get my lotto tickets. Gas's is not crazy priced like other shell stations. The Place is clean, they have a mechanic on site during regular hours my try one day since I live close bye. The employee inside the store is very nice. Do recommend

Local and easy to access off US1 near the falls. Stopped in here because my fiance has serviced his car for minor needs here. They advertise a 20 minute oil change. I am due for a much needed an oil change and unfortunately had a nail in one of my tires so a plug was also necessary. It's also time to rotate my tires so I added this service as well. Jairo the manager is very friendly and fair. They do not try and over sell or service things that do not need servicing. Not very busy this Friday am so indeed will get the 20 minute oil change and service. I will definitely come here again for oil change and tire rotation. Close to home, fair pricing and friendly service.

Old equipment. Took forever to fill up. No paper towels., problems with the credit card machine on the pumps. Not the shell from hell because I gave it one star instead of 0

The bathroom key is nowhere to be located, no bathroom as a result. Only good for gas . Make spare copies. Garage personnel is no English.
