Very bad service ? I went to vacuum my car and then wash it and the vaccine didn't work I went to complain to the cashier and as they always come up with excuses but the fault is also not theirs, it's the owner's who should have a fund to be able to solve these problems since with that service you lose customers and they lose hours of work as employees. I live nearby but with that I prefer to change gas stations. The abusive cashier threw me two dollars of the tip and I told him I wanted coins. to be able to clean my car, to which he replied that I put 1.50 while fighting and saying stupid things and he didn't want to give me coins, no and no, what they are are thieves because if 10 show up, you forgive them and the same thing happens to them, that is, they They steal 15 dollars, which is not fair. It costs me my money, even if it is a miserable dollar, as the cashier on today's shift told me, 12/18/23 at 3 in the afternoon, but the most responsible is the owner because He is only getting richer at the expense of what they do not return. I opted for the more expensive car wash package to ensure my car was as spotless as advertised. However, upon moving my car, I had to readjust the side mirror due to the powerful spinning of the plastic strings. To my surprise, I discovered bird dropping on the side of my car. When I brought it to the attention of the cashier, she responded rudely, insisting that I remove it myself instead of offering an apology or a complimentary car wash ticket for the machine. This displayed a lack of professionalism and poor customer service.I opted for the most expensive car wash package to ensure my car was as spotless as advertised. My father and I went today Sunday November 13th, 2023 and the clerk at the register was extremely rude. My father needed the restroom and the clerk did not allow him to use the bathroom. I purchased lottery tickets and the clerk was on the phone constantly. The clerk is a self-complex, arrogant person that needs a lecture on how to deliver customer service. We paying customers can't use the restroom? I'll take my business elsewhere.
