If been going to this Gas station for a long time, regardless of the gas price, its clean and convenient, but the Guy in charge is very rude, worst customer service ever. Check my rewards account so you can see that I've used this station a lot. TOday was the last time.

I didn't think it was possible to be so unfriendly. We had problems at the pump and the cashier was reluctant to come and help us to inform us that he would still charge us for our $40 for gas which we did not have because of the problem with the terminal.
Very bad experience. TO FLEE !

The blond lady that is in the cashier is very rude this has happened to me a couple of times before but i didnt want to make a big deal of it, but today the her rudness was in another level not only to me but to the other costumer..

Because it is close to the airport, gasoline is very expensive. There were more than 4 Dolores a gallon.

Just fueled full gas tank almost 100 bucks… went to the cashier and very kindly asked if possible to quick use the restroom and she said: just finished clean it, I am sorry you can not use it….

I went there a few days ago and the customer service guy was very rude to me. I had left my reward gas card at home and I kept asking him for help and he wasn’t been nice to me at all. I honestly felt ignored. I waited for him to help 4 customers behind me and I was not happy to see that because I was there first.I left upset didn’t put gas and you can see it on the cameras.I honestly, don’t understand why do people like him have to give bad attitude towards nice customers.I would never ever walk into your gas station owner.Amazing customer service is the most important tool in a business.Please be careful walking into that gas station I don’t recommend it.

I usually come to this gas station and have no problem, the attendants always know what they're doing and I pump my gas quickly. Unfortunately, tonight I went in to this Shell and there was a line of four people, some wanting their receipt because the pump wasn't printing, others because the card didn't come up as processed when in reality it was. I put cash on a pump and it kept freezing on "one moment please" and did not deliver gas. I repeatedly told the attendant to which point he told me to keep trying (?), I moved to another pump and asked him to change the location for me to a different number but still, no change. It said the same message and never gave me gas. I had to wait 25 min, waiting for him to take care of people before he could finally give me my cash back. Definitely never going to this Shell again, I understand hiring new people but at least show them how to do their job before throwing them into it smh

Good location and very well lit up. Bathroom you must ask for a key, bathroom interior need an upgrade, walls are fine is just the fixtures are old and deteriorating. Very good customer service.
