I go into this gas station looking for a bathroom for my EIGHT YEAR OLD daughter to use and the person working there started being rude and making up stupid excuses until he finally said that the bathroom had no water. I find this really hard to believe because don’t these places need to have checkups to make sure everything is working right? I even said how I don’t have a problem buying something in case it was only a bathroom for paying customers. This gas station should be closed if there is no avaliable bathroom for paying customers and if that bathroom is in fact working then the managers have to get a grip on the customer service their employees have!

Do not come to this gas station, you come to spend your money and they do not provide you with basic services. I came to turn on gas and buy some toilets for my son and they didn't want to let me use the bathroom with the typical story that it was clogged, I really advise you to look for other options.

I ask for the key to use the bathroom and a cashier tells me that they don't have a bathroom, I ask for a laundry and a cake and with a tremendously bad altitude on top of that, a police officer in uniform comes in and asks for the bathroom key and they give it to him (that's why this Miami is as it is the lack of values and education of many people plastering those who work with clients)

Please stay as FAR and away as you can from this Gas station. “Manager” Luis is the only store in the United Stated Where they cant return a purchase of 4 water bottle made 5 minutes before and you still have the receipt.SHAME ON SHELL TO HAVE THIS KIND OF GAS STATION!

I had a terrible experience with shell. I ordered a supposedly new item, but received a clearly opened and used product instead. The packaging was tampered with, and the item showed signs of wear. Beware of their deceptive practices.

The gas is over priced compare to other gas stations near by. The bathroom has been out of oder for more then 1 year. The reason why they don't allow paying customers to use the bathroom is because they don't want to clean it. Like most places out there now a days. This business will gladly take your money but denied bathroom use. Also the pumps never have paper in it so you if you need a receipt you need to make the line and.ask the cashier for it.
