This location sells food and have cafeteria. However, there isn't soap in the bathrooms. So, how employees that prepare food wahes their hans?

Worst Shell I've been to. Usually the service is friendly and welcoming but this one has a mean old lady working. She got so angry at me just because I simply wanted to put in my award points... Shell, do better. Hire people who actually want to come to work!!!

Bad service, misleading the public, the carwash does not work and they do not place any notice, but the machine does work for payment
I make the claim and the cashier tells me that she has nothing to do with it, I ask for the manager who doesn't work after 2 pm
At the end of the story, they scammed me out of 12.83 Dollars, very bad attention.

Don't come at night, the clerks spend hours and hours in front of a fryer doing I don't know what, you get tired of having to call them and they ignore you, for me the attention is horrible so they open 24 hours if there is no one to attend to the customers, I'm angry ?. An older man with glasses is serving, he is short and he is too rude and he asked me for a drink, he told me that there isn't one and from the outside it can be seen that there is one... just for not bringing it to me... the attention of that person is honestly terrible.

Don't do car wash here, the pump doesn print the code you have to enter the store and ask for it, then you will drive to the car wash just to realize it is not working.

Garbage customer service. The pump was spraying gasoline everywhere was it activated. It got over my shirt and jeans. I reported this hazard and dangerous situation to the clerk but she didn't care.

Very busy for a Saturday and they only had one clerk so the waiting line was a little bit upsetting but the prices are good on the gas

Terrible service. Arrived at 1:55 to purchase propane and the lady told me she didn't know how to sell propane so I had to wait until Luis arrives at 2. It was 2:10 and Luis hasn't arrived; when I asked if she could call to see at what time he was coming, she said she couldn't call but that he will come any minute. I went to Publix and came back at 2:30 and Luis, after making me wait for one minute so he can make jokes with other employees while I was standing, said that he can not sell propane on Sundays.
