I went to the place in Aventura location.The cashier the lady refused to help me .Very bad attitude.The Manager was there .He told me I am the manager Not good was agree with that situation.He was supposed to be Neutral to help the customer in good mood. I know the owner very nice .The Manager was supposed to be nice to help the customer the both person was together doing unhappy 😞 the customer.The owner can see the video.

For years, I used to go here to get my car washed. Unfortunately, their machine has been breaking down regularly. They take your payment and do not give refunds when the machine is broken. It is very frustrating. Don't risk wasting your money. Try the Marathon gas station carwash 500 yards north on Collins Ave instead. The machine is brand new, it is cheaper, it cleans better, and they give better customer service.

I love this Shell station. The 2 ladies working on Wed night 6/12 are wonderful. People everywhere due to flooding and they were so sweet, helpful and were working so hard to accommodate everyone and keep the station clean. I also left my wallet there and they came out and found me. I had no idea. I will add that they are so kind and honest. Thank you ladies, you are the best!

I went to play the lottery and ask the woman who does customer service what she was like, and the only thing I received were insults telling me how I was going to ask those questions, that I had attention difficulties, the truth is that it was a lack of respect and professionalism, Very rude and disgusting, a short-haired brunette Latin girl. How much he needs to learn... and it's a shame that he works like this in shell.

I absolutely despise putting gas in my car and having advertisement blaring at me the entire time. I have to run back to the car and can still hear it loud and clear. I’m telling you… It is ridiculously loud. If the reviews supported video, I would have posted a video.

The service is terrible it is a male person hi is tall with no hair I told him the air tire machine wasn’t working charging my credit card twice he said was not his business bad actitud that person must retired always in bad mood I Ask for the manager he said manager comes only Fridays I can’t believe this..

My family and I have been using this shell gas station as well as their car wash for many years. Recently we were going through the carwash in our brand new car and a huge lock that is placed in a way where any car can be exposed to scratching. Unfortunately, that is what happened to us. As we were driving up to make the selection on the car wash, the lock scratched the whole corner of our car. This seems like negligence as the lock should not have been placed there. I will include photos. If you use this carwash please be careful when driving in.

Ok good afternoon, today 4/26/23 at 3:27.55pm, I was served by a gold-colored Cabrillo box, of Hispanic Colombian origin, very disrespectful, very rude, stupid, I bought $25 of gasoline with a bill of $50 she gave me $25 back, the $5 bill was a little torn, and I wanted to change it, she spoiled the $5 bill and gave me a new one, I hope they can call her attention, she serves the customers very poorly Client is a blonde woman with hair down her neck, a very bad person.

I went for car wash 3/7/23 at 11:30 pm. I paid for the ultimate. However, the machine didn't even get to halfway through the washing cycle before it suddenly stopped. I went inside to let the older Colombia cashier lady know of the situation. I didn't even get to finish 1 sentence before she started defensively saying that I don't know how to use the machine. I said " I have used this machine in this and other locations several times, and I know how to use it. I know what I'm doing. " Before I even get to finish talking, she said in a very sarcastic way "huh everybody says the same thing." Then she said,"200 cars have used the machine today and it is working properly. You don't know how to use the machine." I said, "would please let me explain please? You're being very defensive." She said, "I have worked here for 15 years and I know what I'm doing. " I went through all of her rudeness so that she could give me another code for the car wash. I told her that she doesn't have to be so defensive for no reason, and wished her a good day.I don't know if she was having a bad day but that is not an excuse to be rude and sarcastic to people, especially when they're being polite and patient with you. I don't assume that I did something wrong while using the car wash.I only gave three stars because the place is convenient and there are two nice employees, morning shifts older man and an overnight guy.

Most idiotic set up. You have to wait on a long line that's barricades in twists and turns to learn when it's your turn you have to pay inside rather than at the car wash entry. Workers couldn't care less. Mngmt needs a sign anywhere that tells people u have to pay inside!
