I had a great experience at Sesame Step on Tuesday! I took my baby to get fitted since she just started taking her first steps. The lady who helped me was so sweet to my daughter, and very patient with me as I was shopping on a budget. She also gave me a fantastic tip on not putting nonslip socks on the kids if they’re wearing shoes as it can be uncomfortable - sounds obvious but I’m sleep deprived and needed to hear it! ?Three years ago I also brought my son here when he was a baby and had a wonderful experience.Growing up in Kendall, my parents used to take me shoe shopping at Sesame Step as a little girl. It is so nice that this business is still going strong! Keep it up! ❤️

Wish I caught the name of the gentlemen that helped us find the perfect shoe he was awesome, but really every employee was so kind and welcoming. So glad I found this place, will be coming back every time my daughter sizes out of her shoe.

Very pleasant experience and super friendly staff. We were helped almost right away and they were very informative while we were looking for shoes for our 14 month old with wide, chubby feet. We were happy and most importantly, our baby was happy with the new shoe purchases. Will be returning here for years to come!

I discovered this Children's shoe store by luck and was happy that I did. I found the right size shoe and price was reasonable. The staff on site were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this store.

My son is just learning to walk, and I was going to buy him a pair of Stride Rite shoes online. I’m so glad I didn’t. After visiting the store, I realized I had the completely wrong size. The associate who helped me was incredibly attentive and helpful in measuring my son’s feet and helping us try on his correct size. Left with two new pairs of adorable new shoes! Very happy with my overall experience at this store. Highly recommended!

Excellent selection of good quality (flexible sole) infant and toddler shoes in all style types. And they have a ton of sizes in stock so it’s easy shopping which is the best when shopping with little ones. Best kids shoe store in Miami, so happy I found them!

Sesame Steps is a second generation family tradition! Our babies get shoe-fitted here as soon as they can stand on their own. It's always a sweet memory! The service is wonderful. Associates are very friendly, patient with kids, & knowledgeable. Looking forward to the next visit!
