If I could give a negative number of stars, this would easily be a negative 15! I went in looking for a specific item that I have been buying from Sephora for years. I asked for assistance because they were out of the item on the shelf. I was told to go back to the area of that product and wait for the specialist to come. When she finally arrived she didn’t even know the difference between the two products I was trying to buy. Whatever. I then asked for another item which she couldn’t find and had to refer me to someone else. I waited and waited…. But both of them disappeared. So I decided to just take the few items I had and check out. The rude woman at the checkout was deplorable. Worst customer service I have EVER had in any Sephora store. I actually had my card out and was ready to tap it… but her attitude made me stop short. Why give my money to you? I may not be the young hip Gen Z who shops there daily. However I have invested a helluva lot of money in your stores over the years. I ended up walking out empty-handed for the first time ever! But no one cares anymore.
I went across the way to the MAC store where I was greeted with kindness and exceptional customer service. Hey Sephora— Learn a lesson from the amazing team at MAC and know that I will never enter your Brickell location ever again. I was a frequent customer of Sephora around the world. Greatly disappointed in the disgusting behavior and just the lack of caring. Adios.

Terrible customer service by sales associate Lis.
The manager had to step in to finish our purchase. We were trying to do an even exchange and were returning a product that caused an allergy. Lis was insisting that we did not purchase product at Sephora. The manager noticed and finished our transaction and apologized. He found our original purchase without an issue. We are a long time customer with exceptional purchase history. An attitude and rude demeanor from your employee is unacceptable. Need better customer service training! Very disappointed.

terrible! I came in looking for my match for a new foundation I wanted to try, and it took a ridiculously difficult time. One employee offered to help me, then sent me to another employee, who then sent me to another. If you’re that bad at your job, just quit. Useless, can’t believe you were even hired at this location

Hands down one of the best Sephoras I’ve ever gone into! Julianna was fabulous at recommending products to tackle our humidity hair and the gentleman at the Givenchy counter matched me in his first try!!! Sephora-Brickell is the real deal!
