I visit this Sephora often since it is the one closest to where I live. I have to say the customer service I subpar, I am a Rouge member and prefer to buy items online. When I need help there is no one around. They only want to help if they think you will buy something. I don’t always walk in to buy, I like to browse but usually leave with something. They also no longer give samples of items to test out before purchasing full-size.
I prefer to visit other locations when I am In other areas unfortunately those are at least a 40-minute drive from my home but, my experience there has been much more positive.
I’ve just resorted to ordering online but this is difficult when trying to purchase the right shade foundation, or when you want to see a specific item in person.

I love this particular Sephora. I love the setup and the vibe. Never have any issues. They always have testers for perfumes.. which is nice. I am more of an online consumer...but this Sephora is always a good time.

Loved the experience at this store, all thanks to Flo, she is amazing , answered all my questions and recommended me the right products. It's hard to find someone with such kindness and dedication. She does beautiful makeup too! I highly recommend this store.

People who work in the store are not helpful. They refused to help find the products. There is one cashier. The line waiting to pay so long almost to the door.

sephora does not honor vendor discounts. Murad cosmetics has 20% off online of its products this month. Sephora does not match not even questions if they could try to find out the reason why. It is like they are telling people that it is best for you to buy directly online.
