Never founded crowded and I had for 8 years. I always found the carts by the elevator and parking by my unit. More than once during my visits I saw the
attendant checking all the units locks as scheduled.
Automatic payment, online management and Exit process were easy fast and convenient!

“It is a very clean place. There are no insects of any kind. The bathrooms always have paper and are very clean. Good climate inside, no heat and excellent lighting.I have had days of spending almost all day in there and it is perfect.There are supervisors attentive to whatever you may need.”

“I had an excellent experience with Thomas at Extra Space Storage. He was incredibly friendly and informative about the storage spaces, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. At first I wasn’t too excited about the rent prices(more promos!) but Thomas took the time to understand my needs and provided useful tips for maximizing my storage space. Even when I made a mistake on the application online he took the time to call me right away and get it fixed for me. Always great to see when a employee cares about the customer. Highly recommend!”
