The indignation caused by a situation of customer abuse that my sister and I suffered in the Sedanos store located on Flagler and 37th Avenue in the city of Miami pushed my limits of understanding. As we approached to make our payment at the register, my sister put 8 products in the register that she would pay for. And I put my products in after separating their products from mine with the separator that there were less than 10 items, the cashier in a very derogatory manner told me to look at the sign that said 10 items that we cannot pay for more than 10 items. I explain to her that my sister is a customer who is going to pay for her 8 items and I am another customer who is going to pay for mine and the fact that we are together she is doing her shopping and I am doing mine. The lady continued disparagingly speaking rude words and using derogatory epithets, generalizing and comparing with other clients, which caught my attention due to her lack of professionalism. I countered her innuendos and insults and asked her to call her manager, which she tried to avoid by pointing out another employee as Manager, while she continued shouting and offending my sister and me with hysterical screaming. When I left the store I finally spoke with the Manager, Mr. Domingo told me the unpleasant moment. He only told me that to avoid this, we would come separately to buy at the Store, which left me perplexed by the attitude of a Manager giving a suggestion of that type a the clients. I felt so despised and so bad because of the lack of education and professionalism that is being experienced in Miami. And the officials who are supposed to stop this do nothing or feed the lack of support to their workers. I hope that someone with some conscience can read this and at least do something to improve the customer service of their franchise. Thank you

I really liked this market, the first time I visit it I always go to one near my house.I was impressed by the good offering and organization of the store.The staff is very good at caring and willing to help and please.

I found Fried Tomato! Excellent! They had several brands! I bought Celorrio, because it is one of the best! Congratulations to the Market for having this option that is so scarce in the rest of Florida!We also really like the Sedano's brand banana ladybugs. They have very good quality!

How nice it is to go shopping, mainly buying our food, and get good food, affordable prices and a smile on the faces of those who represent the company where you decide to go shopping. In my case at this Sedano's. It really is a great incentive for those of us who live in this beautiful city. Remember, just as they smile at you, do it too, let's make it our way of life, let's make our city vibrate in positive harmony, let's live happy and in peace.

This is one of the nicest Sedano’s. This location is clean. Well stock and organized. Fruits and vegetables are very fresh here and prices are great! The only place where i have found dulce de coco ?. Now they deliver
