My second month sleeping on medium firm Naturepedic mattress and my only concern is that its getting harder and harder to wake up .. Body is so happy and resting so deeply that i kinda sleep too much.. I had a backpain from sleeping on cheap mattresses while traveling for 2 years - in about 2 weeks of trying this one - i no longer woke up with the back pain.. Also, customization is insane! MariaElena on Biscayne shop is a great advisor ! We sleep about 4 months a year in total .. dont go cheap on your mattress.. Spine health is priceless!

We had an extraordinary service and experience with Sebastian and his team. Everyone has been knowledgeable, professional and punctual ensuring that our delivery was on time. We bought naturepedic and harvest green mattresses from SEB and are very happy with the quality of the products and the service that we received. On the delivery date Sebastian's team arrived on time and assembled and installed the mattresses. We would not have received such a white glove service if we simply purchased the mattress online. I highly recommend this business!

I went in at the end of the day on October 27th. I needed for the mattress I purchased to arrive on Tuesday November 1st. It arrived right on time & was expedited to ensure it would. Your bed should honestly be your biggest investment. You're literally on it for hours and hours every single night. It's so important for your health too, so choosing a mattress that is healthy for you is also important. I know this first hand because I have dealt with chronic pain for 10+ years. The team at SEB Mattress store know the importance of picking a good mattress and are amazing resources to ask any and all questions. Maria was so patient with my husband and I as we tried to decide which mattress was right for us. Sure you can buy a mattress online, but there is nothing like going in person and making sure all your questions and concerns are covered. Give them a visit!

I wish I had known about SEB mattress store years ago! I stumbled across it from an ad in a magazine and found my perfect mattress in a couple of days. I visited the MiMo branch and Maria Elena was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the differences in the mattresses in the store and with the info she provided, as well as online research, I was able to find the mattress that suited my requirements. I was able to lay on the mattress for a period of time without any disturbances which I found to be very helpful in picking the one I wanted. Delivery was excellent with the young guys being very friendly and efficient. And best of all is that I am sleeping SO much better on my new mattress with no aches and pains that I had with my previous one. It is so comfortable! And knowing that it is all organic with no toxic chemicals, is a big plus. Highly recommend SEB and its staff for excellent personal service, wonderful mattresses, and a seamless experience from start to finish.

Sebastian has been such a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. The employees were very knowledgeable about the mattresses and could not have made the shopping experience any better. I had an issue with my mattress and Sebastian helped me fix the problem and followed up to make sure everything was perfect. The customer service has been amazing.. Overall, this experience has been a great one.

The only places where I’ll ever buy my mattresses. The best selection and service especially for natural and organic bedding. The staff is the best from the showroom to delivery. I have had my bed from SEB for 5 years and it’s like new but when it’s time for a replacement I know where I’ll be going! Highly recommend.

Ralph was amazing to work with! He was patient and willing to answer all of my questions. The mattresses that we purchased are comfortable and serving our family well! SEB customer service was outstanding. I would recommend to anyone in need of an organic mattress to check out this store!

Maria Elena was fully knowledgeable in introducing all the mattresses to me inside the Biscayne Blvd. SEB showroom. She has a fluid mastery of mattresses and their construction. It was a lovely visit in a calm and serene space. A few days passed and I found myself in Coconut Grove, around the corner from the SEB showroom. Sebastian greeted me as I entered, and his guidance, coupled with Maria Elena's mastery, led me right to the mattress I purchased. It was hand-picked by Sebastian as being most suited to me. The shared service I received from Maria Elena and Sebastian are greatly appreciated, and the three of us get to share in the joy of my now owning a world class mattress.

Grateful to have a business in Miami with integrity. Look no further, these mattresses are WORTH the investment! Sleeping like a baby, knowing my family isn’t breathing in toxic off gases from typical mattresses. Delivery was amazing! Working with Sebastian has been such a pleasure. From the first experience while looking for a new mattress, the employees could not have made the shopping experience any better. The customer service has been amazing. Sebastian bent over backwards to make our delivery on a very short notice. The young delivery guys were so nice and so on respectful of our home. Overall, this experience has been a great one. I’m planning on taking a short nap this afternoon as I can’t wait to sleep on such a comfortable mattress.

My wife and I recently purchased a king size Naturepedic from SEB. Ralph was the sells agent. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He spent a considerable amount of time educating us about the different types of mattresses made from organic material. We finally made a selection and it was delivered in a short period of time. Unfortunately after sleeping on it for about a week we realized it was too soft.We explained this to Ralph but wedidn’t have enough time to do anything as we were traveling north for an extended time. Ralph asked us to come to the show room and make a selection on a firmer mattress. He once again patiently explained the prosand cons of the different mattresses and helped us to make a selection. Much to our great surprise he was able to have the new mattress delivered a day before we departed on our trip.Overall we have been very satisfied with SEB and Ralph. Great job Ralph!
