The customer service in the upper management is not working in favor of the Bank..
Losing a costumer by poor services is losing 10,15 customers..
It might not affect an employe but eventually the bank itself..
Daniel Alvarez is one of the best officer as far as customer service ...Hope the bank will get many more like him.

If you can avoid them, please do. They are a terrible bank, provide no solutions and make your small issues even bigger. Terrible customer service, abysmal internal communication. Nothing good to highlight.
