I would not purchase anything from this company! I ordered 2 frabill aqua aerators on December 17, after serveral week I still did not receive them. I called several times and their answer was they were closed over the Christmas New Year holiday. I emailed and got no response. They never said it was out of stock. I paid for it back on December 17, 2023 and as of today, February 22, 2024 I still have not received my order and I have not been refunded either. I reported them to the BBB and they have gotten no response from them either. I call this stealing, these people should be put in jail. If I could I would put minus stars.

Beware of this company!!!! do not buy from them as they will not honor a warrantee. I had to return a lm 80 Amp battery charger that failed within the warranty period and they would not help me out whatsoever and completely froze me out. There is zero chance of you getting any kind of satisfaction from these people as they are a bunch of spoiled children who are only interested in the sale, they will not address anything relating to an issue with an order. They also pictured and listed the correct battery charger for my boat and then switched me to this product at the time of sale. A complete bait and switch which is another issue altogether

Ordered a battery charger for my boat. SatPro called me to say they did not have that particular one, but they had a larger one that should work. I explained as I live in New England my boat is covered for the winter and I did not know if it would fit. Therefore, please cancel the order. No one responded to my emails. The charge did not come off my credit card statement. I finally contacted the credit card company and ask them to remove the charge since I was unable to contact the company because no one answers the phone.

Should have read these first, same thing, ordered, 3 days later, they email item not available, then shows in stock on website with almost double the price. Had they just been honest, it would have been fine, but I don't take kindly to businesses that lack integrity. All good, we paid with AMEX and if we don't get refunded in 48 hours, chargeback will be a piece of cake.

I placed an order for an item, received a confirmation and a estimated delivery date. When it was a couple days late I sent an inquiry asking for tracking info, and was informed my order was cancelled because of manufacturer supply chain issues.Ok, in the world today we all get that there are supply chain issues... but when I complained that their customer service was lacking because they only bothered to tell me my order was cancelled AFTER I requested tracking info - got a super snarky response. Well, SatPro - apparently you have plenty of customers since you are ok with ensuring people like me will never order again from you.

Don't order from this company. They 0perate a scam business. Ordered product, never shipped. Several calls and emails asking to cancel order and a refund. Threaten to post bad reviews and to report to BBB before finialy refunding. Took over three weeks for the refund. They never answered any emails I sent. Beware

I ordered an antenna from this company online, taking the time to make an online account, fill out all pertinent shipping information, I gave them my billing information, paid for the item, and received an email order confirmation. The antenna I need is no longer being manufactured, but many retailers have the original item I need. The next day I received a phone call from their employee Brad (Brad is a very nice guy, he was only the deliverer of bad news for this unethical company) who told me that they do not have the item in stock. In other words, this company portrays itself as a company who has the product you want in stock, but they don't. They are selling items they do not have, most likely trying to purchase the item from the original manufacturer after you purchase from them. They say they will refund my money in a few days. This company can potentially waste your time, clearly they have no issues being unethical selling items that are not in their warehouse or items they do not have the ability to obtain.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I tried to purchase an $800 fish locator with 2-3 day shipping. After not receiving the item I purchased, I called multiple times before anyone picked up. They said the item was discontinued and not available and I’d be refunded my money in 24-48 hours. It’s been weeks now and I call \\u0026 email every few days and get the same response that I will be refunded in 24-48 hours. Filing a fraud alert with my bank. What a terrible way to operate. I would highly recommend staying away from this company!!

Website suggests items are readily available... Ordered dish and LNB in June 2021, paid for by credit card, which followed with crickets to email, calls were not answered, they did call back but still nothing, October 2021 filed complaint with BBB which Thanks to them got refund from SatPro. Amazon.com delivered both items in less than a 2 weeks!

Absolutely awful customer service and response time. I was never notified that an item I ordered was on back order. I made 3 calls looking for updates and was given 3 different estimated dates, None of which were correct. The manager has been extremely difficult to work with and refuses to take responsibility for the companies shortcomings and is not willing to cover the return shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Exceptional customer service! Called in regards to my order and was helped by a gentleman named Gabriel. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was well taken care. I would highly recommend these guys.

Amazing Service!!! Bought a Rockford Fosgate Complete system, Speakers amps etc all marine grade for a hell of a deal!!! The manager Gabriel was super helpful and was super fast and amazing with customer service. I would recommend this place any time. Thank you!

Ordered a fold away hinge for boat trailer. 3 weeks later and nothing in the mail and no tracking number. Phone just rings through to Verizon message. Filing a charge back now.
