The center is excellent, very clean, the attention of the doctors and nurses is very friendly, but I cannot give the same opinion about the receptionists, they are very poorly educated in the way they serve the client. It should be noted that not all receptionists are the times I have visited the center. center are 2 girls who have always treated me very badly.

Excellent Service at Sanitas Coral Way Medical CenterI recently visited for the third time at Sanitas Coral Way Medical Center located at 1313 SW 27th Ave in Miami, Florida, and I must say, my experience was exceptional.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jennifer, the receptionist, who provided me with top-notch attention. I wish there was a -5 stars. The waiting time is absolutelly ridiculous. I am here now waiting already for 45 min even though I have an appointment and they did not even call me inside in the little room where you always have to wait another hour! I cannot believe I am paying for this!! So I just left!!

I can never get through to speak to my doctor or her assistant. It does not matter what day or the week or what time it is, It goes straight to an answering service that barely speaks English and when the office returns my call , message does not make sense. I can’t speak to anyone to clarify it. Worthless system and facility. Time to change facilities again . Seems to me I’m going to get the same written response everyone else gets. It must me a robot- I read all the bad reviews , yep seems like the same facility. 4.6 rating. Someone is rigging this rating. Shame on all of you!

Excellent service, from the reception, Miss Jenifer, in particular, to the Doctor who assists me, Dr Lindsay Laurie, followed by the specialist, Mrs Norka Camacho, everyone is always very attentive. I feel very welcome.

Something very suspicious is going on.I have never been to this clinic nor am I interested yet an employee called me to verify my date of birth, asked for my medical info and when I asked where he is calling fror he said," Diagnostic Center".But my caller ID shows the name of this Clinic came up.BEWARE!

I am happy with the very friendly center, and much more with Dr Juan Moisés Gutiérrez, Norla Camacho, very attentive professionals and very responsible with their work, the guy from the desk is very attentive, friendly and helps you with everything you can and He knows a lot what he does. More staff as well as Oswaldo Silva.. Thanks for everything!
