Trust me if I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst costumer service and the worst online ordering service I have ever seen. I'm a premium member and today my husband literally spend 1.30 min waiting for an order that we received 3 messages saying that was ready. This is unbelievable. Plus they sent him to pick up the order using a different door and guess what ,my husband drove all the way there and the door was closed. Well this will be my last day as a Sam's Club premium member.

I'm a regular at Sam's. Things have changed a lot since COVID happened. They started limiting the amount of people that enter the store and having customers make a line outside which sucks because God knows it gets hot as hell with our Miami weather but it's for our own good. Just wish they would do a better job at that when people make lines. No one really social distances even though there's signage on the floor. Thank God they added self check out stations, it only took forever lol. They recently changed everything around at the store so it's a mission to find certain things. They definitely need to add more signage in the center aisle of the store. Everything is mixed. If you're going to make changes to do an entire store reset at least provide signage so your customers aren't walking around like chickens without a head.

I have not been here in many many years and I finally went with my sister. It has an ample parking lot and it was very organized. They let us in only when the capacity was good enough for us to go inside. The prices are extremely good and if I am I may compare them with BJ's they were either the same or a little less. What I love the most was the convenience on how to pay using the application on your phone. So I didn't have to make any line, I paid, took our stuff and we left.

First things first Sams club is the best and blew my mind today when I went To pickup sushi with my Gf , Get this ... the app they have , you can scan your items and pay on your phone !!!!! Walk up to the door and they scan it and you are out the door !!!! You guys rock ! Saving me time and filling me up with some good sushi !

Love coming to Sam's. Always find all that I am looking for and a lot more. The only thing I've notice is that they don't have much consistency as sometimes I find something and when I go back to buy it, I don't find it again. They have a wide variety of breads, hams, meat and more.

The worst customer service I ever had. Yanni the supervisor is very unprofessional. I just try to return something, she refused and put all the possible obstacles to prevent it, even stolen my receipt as a way for me to lose my proof of purchase. I asked to see the store manager, he never showed up. Manager Hector came in his place, he did nothing to help me, and when I asked him to return my receipt to leave, what he did was come up with a photo of the video where supervisor Yanni supposedly returned it to me. I told him to review the entire video, he was silent. I had to leave without my receipt, and without having resolved anything. I never thought that a company of this magnitude would have dishonest employees who don't mind helping customers. Will this be Walmart's new customer service policy? I never go back or recommend them.

I am on my brothers membership as tge second card holder. I used my debit card to pay at the customer counter to pay for membership to help my brother with the membership last year. The membership renewal was due and they charged my debit card without my permission. They said i agreed to auto pay which i didnt because i am barely able to pay my bills with only $850 a month. I had to contact my bank and told them that was a fraudulent charge to avoid all the penalties i would have had to pay which is why i dont agree to any auto pay. This corporation will cheat to get their dues. I asked customer service to show me the agreement where they said i authorized and of course they can't because i would not have agreed to such a plan. Use caution when dealing with this company.

Love it, always find what I'm looking for at great prices. They are moving everything around so it's a little crazy. They have Clorox for everyone looking for this. You will find items that won't find in other clubs.
