Merchandise is all torn up. The carib women make it impossible to shop because they bombard the workers as they come out of the back. I was standing at the cash reg for 15 mins and no one would help me pay because they were attending to the scavengers.

Good size store, I wanted this knife but they had a price of 199.00 on sale for 150.00. So some things are a little high. I would have bought it for 100.00 for my grandson. But oh well.

I had a fabolous pick up service schedule and the staff is very friendly and made everything very smoothly by being professional. I live by the beach and I don't drive so it was very nice of them to take out my donations.

I am a disable retired professional, I went to bring nice valuables to the store in Bird Rd. The older gentleman sitting inside the trailer/office was telling a young lady to open her bag of donations and show him item by item. Her things looked nice to me and he told her no no no, then did the same with my box , telling me he had no space for more donations. If that was the case, he should have said so from the beginning instead of humiliating the young lady and rejecting my things. I drove all the way there to be treated like dirt. I will never donate anything to the Salvation Army! Horrible experience! By a person that couldn’t even speak English!!

So I got there 10 minutes before closing, so I I got my stuff quickly, paid, and 3 mintues before closing I asked the guy dressed in all black with the glasses to use the restroom. And he refused, and told me that they're closed. I think Salvation Army is needs to let their employees know that they shouldn't treat paying customers like this. Totally disrespectful.
