Unpleasant Experience at Sally’s Mindtown - Cold Treatment and Untimely ClosureI recently had a disheartening experience at Sally’s Mindtown, and I feel it’s essential to share my disappointment. Despite the website stating a 7 p.m. closing time, I arrived at 7:03, possibly 7:04 at most.The employees were inside, fully aware of my presence in the cold weather, yet they chose to completely ignore me. Even a simple acknowledgment or a polite explanation about the early closure due to the holidays would have sufficed. Instead, they left me waiting outside without any eye contact or attempt to address the situation.I understand the importance of closing on time, but given the mere two-minute delay, it was disheartening that they didn’t extend a courtesy to hear my quick request. Notably, there were still customers inside, and it’s perplexing that they preferred to keep me waiting until another customer opened the door around 7:20.When I finally spoke to the apparent manager, she insisted they closed at 7:00 pm, disregarding the fact that they had left me standing outside for an extended period. I only sought to make a swift purchase of a conditioner and shampoo, emphasizing my willingness to pay in cash.This experience left me feeling neglected and frustrated, especially considering the minimal delay and the straightforward nature of my request. I hope this feedback prompts a reconsideration of customer communication and service at Sally’s Mindtown.

Horrible service, I came to this store thinking it would become my new favorite Sally and left with a sour taste… 0 customer service skills, you can tell they just fill the positions and don’t know who they are hiring…sadly this is how business broke. Now that I think about that it’s why is always so empty! I definitely don’t recommend this store.

I left the store with a smile on my face. The cashier was so cheery and it just made my day a little better. God bless her! We need more of that positivity in this world. Well stocked nail polish selection too! Staff offered help for my questions.

Terrible service, tried to buy several things and unless I provided my email and phone number which I refused for privacy reasons they would not sell me anything so from now on I will be buying somewhere else.

As a Nail Tech....I usually go to Sally's for small and simple things. Not my first time going to this location but it's been a while since I've went and I thought today would be nice to pick out some supplies. Other employees have helped me with EVERY NEED as in looking up the brand, seeing what other locations may have it etc. BUT TODAY... I walked in and I didn't even know if anyone was working because the lady just watched me stand at the front while she looked up from her phone behind the counter. I asked for one thing and they didn't know what it was and didn't try to help me find it. (I always come here for a specific gel top coat) Then they didn't speak good English as well which was ridiculous. I just felt really unwanted there so I walked out. Disappointing experience.

Manager tries to be helpful but they're always out of stock on my product needs! Even after speaking with the manager and being told to come back on Tuesday, I have tried for 2 weeks, and they still don't have my product. A matter of fact it's Tuesday right now and I'm here at the store and the lady refuses to go in the back and check whether or not they have the product in telling me to come back yet again. With this location parking as a hassle so when you come here you wanna make sure they have what you need. I live in the area so they could be getting all of my business but never have what it is that I need and stock. I will wait until I go to another part of town and try a different Sally's.
