Went shopping for MOB dresses, surprised by the selection, I was actually told to look online.
Found several items to try on, fitting room was filthy and smelled like pee. I didn’t want to take my shoes off and walk around a dirty carpet.
Found a dress that had to be ordered online with the sales associate, a few hours later at home I pull up the dress in your website to show my friend and it had a $100 promo code.
This whole experience made me not want to ship at Saks, so disappointing.

I bought a Diptyque perfume this afternoon and I was very lucky to be served by a most excellent gentleman! His name is Juan, and I leave these lines (which he did not ask me for, as other sellers do/ask) to express my gratitude for his patience and kindness, I am very difficult to choose a fragrance and he was a sweetheart!!!, that nice to find people who enjoy what they do!

High-end brands. Asked to see a Cartier watch, and they let me try it on, unlike Macy's cheaper brands and obnoxious clerks.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! When did they change their return policy to 30 days? It’s definitely not stated anywhere on their purchase confirmation email or their return emails. How is one supposed to know?! No steps taken to remedie the situation. Just lost me as a customer.

My experience today with a beautiful and kind employee named patty was amazing! Patty welcomed me and my mother with warmth and kindness from the moment we stepped in! Patty was working in the creed fragrance section and she was extremely kind! i came in with my mom to buy her a creed perfume for mother days and patty made our experience EXTRA special! Special thank you to PATTY! you are amazing and thank you for all your kindness, devotion and hard work!

Unfortunately my shopping experience was not the best. Great selection but finding an employee to access the fitting room was extremly difficult. Manager Paula was rude and dismissive. My motto is if there is nothing nice to say don't say it however I have to be transparent with this review. 1 star.

The service was excellent. There was no problem with customer service. I walked through the store and each area had a sales rep who helped me. I bought a $500+ suit for my daughter.

This company when it comes to refunds is borderline fraudulent. The costumer service is pure trash full of useless employees. It’s been over 2 weeks of nonsense back and forth to get a refund and I still haven’t received help. They tell me a different thing everyday or a new time period to wait. This company sucks and the sheep’s who buy there also suck and are feeding the worst retail shopping of all time.

Adolfo Montesino should not be a manager. This is the rudest manager i have ever interacted as a customer.Even as a boss he was rude to his cashier while she was trying to explain him my issue. She have to tell him multiple times let me explain. He doesn't listen and even worse he doesn't care about the customer.

Takes 5 days to get an order shipped out the door… fire the entire team. Took 40 mins in an online chat to get an answer. Called the store several times to be disconnected then rerouted to customer service. Customer service then cold dropped me to a store representative who couldn’t assist because it’s an online order. With a Company this size and items at this price this was a gross display of customer service.
